Welcome to The Nest... a warm and welcoming, yet modern and contemporary, Bend home. It has been newly remodeled and is just right for single travelers or couples seeking a special cozy retreat. Tall vaulted ceilings and windows all around make this space light and airy. It has a delightful full kitchen with a touch of class featuring butcher block counters, subway tile, farmhouse sink, and all brand new appliances, making it as much fun to “dine-in” as dine out. It is totally private and ideal!

The Nest is a beautiful little hideaway, just one block from Columbia Park and the Deschutes River. Though it does share a homesite with another one of our vacation homes, all of the amenities of The Nest are unshared including the desk, hot tub, and off street parking space. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the best parts of Bend.

This cottage is a standalone house but it is adjacent to The Cumberland House and can be rented alone or in conjunction with the big house. Great for larger families traveling together that want to be close yet have some privacy as well. Ask us about our discounts for booking both places for that memorable family vacation, or come just the two of you and snuggle into The Nest. The house, deck, hot tub, and parking area are unshared. We have complete contactless check-in for the convenience and safety of our guests.

All towels, linens and bedding are included. We also leave guests a small amount of starter supplies including: toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, hand soaps, bath soap, shampoo, and coffee bar items mentioned above. We also provide blow dryers, iron and ironing board. Please plan accordingly to bring anything else you may wish to have with you on your trip.

Note: Guests who book this home will be required to sign an auxiliary rental packet with specific rules and information included, such as neighborhood quiet hours, check in and out time restrictions, and non-smoking policies. If you are traveling with a pet, you will also need to sign a copy of our pet rules.

**Our cancellation policies that you agree to at the time of booking are in effect even during a pandemic, winter travel season, summer wildfire season, etc. We highly recommend researching and purchasing third party Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) trip insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise that may require you to cancel or postpone your reservation, especially those related to COVID-19 closures and restrictions.
