I was embraced by Moroccan hospitality exuded from every corner of the hotel. Chaimae and Dina, front desk employees, made me particularly at home because of their warmth, compassion and professionalism. DoubleTree was my sanctuary during my visit in Ben Guerir.

Fantastic place

This place is magnificent in any scene. Within a green new green city whi ch includes a University with all modern facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. My visit coincide with my birthday and i received the most amazing surprise from the hotel staff. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable, i will never forget it. Mohammed and the rest of the boys at reception, thank you all. In terms of service, this is my best experience. I forgot to mention how quiet and fresh the place is.

Tout était parfait. Emplacement idéal si l'on vient pour travailler à l'UM6P. Prix pas en adéquation avec le niveau de vie autour, mais quand on vient dans cet hÎtel c'est en général pour le boulot, pas pour le plaisir.

Das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gab es einige MĂ€ngel: Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken tropfte durchgehend, und das Duschwasser war nicht warm genug sowie kaum regulierbar. Die Rechnung wurde erst am Abend nach dem Checkout per E-Mail zugeschickt, was unpraktisch war. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das FrĂŒhstĂŒck – sehr reichhaltig und lecker, mit einer großen Auswahl. Etwas irritierend war allerdings der Metall-Detektor am Hoteleingang, der völlig unnötig wirkte und dem sonst angenehmen Eindruck nicht entsprach.

Hotel purement business, si vous ĂȘtes la , c'est bien pour cela , ce n'est pas vous qui payez mais votre boite , sinon vous irez ailleurs , quoique il n'y a pas trop le choix. La chambre et bien et il y a une cuisinette si votre patron ne vous paie pas le repas . Pratique si vous travaillez dans le coin . Sinon du bĂ©ton, encore du bĂ©ton, ou de la brique si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez , une prison en somme .Les fenĂȘtres sur l'extĂ©rieur ne s'ouvrent pas . Une petite piscine non chauffĂ©e entourĂ©e de murs , une terrasse entourĂ©e de murs ( le cafĂ© est Ă  4,5 euros et mets 15 minutes Ă  venir ) , etc ... petit dĂ©jeuner ok, formule buffet du restaurant ok mais hors de prix par rapport a la vie alentours ( sĂ©rieux 42 euros !) . service un peu limite , il faut rĂ©clamer Ă  boire , et ce ne sera que de l'eau. Pas d'alcool . Je trouve TRES MESQUIN qu'un seul appareil gratuit puisse ĂȘtre enregistrĂ© avec le wifi . la salle de sport est par contre trĂšs bien , comme il n'y a strictement rien Ă  faire alentour , ca peut aider . La pilule Ă  quand mĂšme du mal Ă  passer., mais bon, ce n'est pas vous qui payez alors ?
