Wir haben mit Herrn Lucchini vereinbart, dass wir für ihn Informationen weitergeben. Er spreche nicht so gut Englisch, um diese telefonisch mitzuteilen. B itte schreiben Sie ihm eine Mail, möglichst in Französisch, damit Herr Lucchini diese Informationen bestätigt.
1. Das Haus hat keine genaue Adresse. Das liegt daran, dass er vollkommen abseits liegt. Die Straße dahin hat keinen Namen.
2. Nur durch Treffen mit dem Eigentümer nach telefonischer Absprache kann man das Haus erreichen. Herr Lucchini ist einverstanden, dass Sie seine Telefonnummer in die Informationen zum Haus aufnehmen.
3. Die Endreinigung kostet ab jetzt 65 €, nicht mehr 100 € wie noch angeben.
Wer die Ruhe liebt, wird sich in dem Haus wohnfühlen. Nebendran steht ein größeres Haus, in dem Herr Lucchini und seine Eltern wohnen. Daran sind auch Feriewnwohnungen. Außerdem gibt es rund 30 Meter entfernt einen Bungalow. Sonst ist ringsum nur die Natur.
Uns gefiel es dort sehr gut.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist in Ordnung, Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer.

Location décevante par rapport à son prix
Propriété propre et bien tenue mais avec défauts: seconde chambre non accessible par l'intérieur (problématique avec de jeunes enfants), et une option ménage "obligatoire" à payer (une option n'est jamais obligatoire), de surcroît très élevée. Ces éléments n'étaient pas dans l'annonce.
