We could not get in the apartment or get a response from the host for over 4 hrs. To make things worse it was up 4 flgts of stairs, very hot, and we literally were locked in the entry because we needed a key to exit. Not a good start. Was difficult to access with bags and public transport. No microwave. Only two towels for 3 nights/2people. The host was able to text me with a lot of rules and reminders about not leaving the ac on and paying the tourist tax but wasn’t available to let us in or help us find the unit in the building. Also construction noise thru the bedroom wall every morning
