The inviting living room features a comfortable couch and a 50-inch smart TV, allowing you to log into your preferred streaming apps and enjoy your favorite shows.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a crockpot, a hot plate, and basic cooking essentials to meet your culinary needs. Additionally, a Keurig machine is provided for your morning coffee cravings.

Rest peacefully on the firm, king-size bed adorned with luxurious linens in the bedroom.

The space also includes a bathroom with a single vanity and a shower for your convenience.

You'll have control over the temperature in the downstairs area, thanks to the mini-split heat/air system, ensuring a comfortable stay tailored to your preferences.

Please note that this guest space is situated below another short term rental unit. While you may encounter other guests on the property, rest assured that the guest suite is entirely separate from the main house. Furthermore, a designated parking area and outdoor space are exclusively provided for your use, adding to your convenience and privacy.

Guest will have access to the gravel parking area beside the house, the pathway leading to the back of the house to the guest suite, the patio area outside of the guest suite and the entire lower level guest suite

Guest will not have access to the covered parking area under the carport, the upper house area, the deck area that is designated for the main house.


Guest passes for Bella Vista POA amenity’s can be requested at least 7 days before your arrival. The guest pass will give you access to the lakes, golf courses, pools, ect. You do NOT need a guest pass to use the bike trails.

Please note, the suite is set up more like a hotel. This is best suited for someone wanting to sleep and bike! The suite does not have a full kitchen, but has some basic kitchen supplies needed for stove top meals (hot plate) or reheating food.
