Avoid this Apartment/Motel
Firstly, the staff tried hard to rectify the problems and I can't fault their efforts. I booked this hotel due to a good British review giving a 10. However, it is nothing like the photos on the site. The first apartment we went into had drawer fronts all peeling off and was not clean. Not even a toilet roll. So they showed us another apartment and we stayed there despite the fact it also was dirty (see photos below). Wardrobe doors were off, no towel rails/toilet roll holders - no shelf - all just filled in holes in the bathroom. We had to wash everything. The staff cleaned the globules of fat hanging from the extractor fan and behind the hob. Also the bin that was covered in dust/mess. There were hardly any utensils although the staff did go and buy us more. We don't even have tea spoons. From the outside it is unkept, paint peeling off the walls, outside the back of our balcony there are tissues lying everywhere and it looks like a building site. First thing we did was to go shopping for things like chopping board, tea towel, spoons etc, standard things that should already be in an apartment. The pool was clean. From the photos on the site it looks fantastic but the photos must have been when it was built as the whole place is dilapidated, unkept and needs a lot of renovation. Another family were opposite and they were also fed up saying they had to clean everything and they were deciding whether to leave and go elsewhere. I uploaded photos but someone took them off again
