The view from the 51th floor is spectacular. The gym is limitedly equipped. The rooms are old, mostly clean, without modern outlets, USb etc. Breakfast is fine. The major complaints are ppl smokes in their rooms and the smell travels , also the last two days there were bugs/ insets that caused allergic reactions for me asking being biten. They were going to do a deep cleaning but I checked out before that.

It was close to office.. so I chose this place to stay... the rooms definitely need renovation.. feels like an old 3 star hotel. It has a washing machine, but no washing powder. Breakfast is very basic. The surrounding area is excellent.

Overall Decent Despite Wrong Room Type On 1st Day

After I checked-in and open the Door of RM5019, found out the room was like a regular one ($104/day) with no washing machine and old furniture but I booked the superior room ($118). The apartment staff said I have to wait until the next day to see if a superior room (w/washing machine) available; finally got a more decent room the next day. Disappointed room was not correct at check-in time. Looks like there was miscommunication between Hotel.com and JingGuang Apartment or something behind-the-scene was going on. Else the stay, comfort, and breakfast were decent for a 4-stars rated apartment. Staffs were very helpful with all my requests.
