The house is completely surrounded by nature that makes it an island of tranquillity and privacy next to the beach, an 10/15-minute walk from Sa Riera beach.
With capacity for 8 people, the house has 4 bedrooms (1 En suite) and three bathrooms.
Located 1.2 km from the beach of Sa Riera.
At street level there is a parking platform for two or three cars. The villa is accessed by a ramp down and a flight of steps. Distributed on three levels, at ground level you will find kitchen and dining area, a large bright living with patio doors leading to the swimming pool area. Porch, barbeque and pool terrace. The pool area is spacious with ample seating and sunbeds. The terrace has areas to rest in the sun or shade and a barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors.
Up some more stairs There is a one double bedroom with an En-suite shower room, and a second bedroom. The second bathroom on this floor can be accessed from the bedroom or through the hallway.
Some more steps from the living room down leads to the third and fourth bedrooms that share a bathroom.
