Everything was fine except the check in and front desk experience. You do not get to talk to a person face to face, you talk to a person through a computer screen. I don't even know for sure if the computer screen person was actually on property. I didn't like it at all. Just be aware. It was a very cold experience.

Absolutely disgusting! No one was managing the property in person. The person on ten kiosk was friendly and offered me “the best room available.” There was a bed bug spotted after my daughter laid down in the bed. We ran out of the room less than an hour after our late arrival. We were told we could get another room a few rooms down from our first room. I demanded a refund so we could find a cleaner and safer place to stay. The parking lot was dark and there was a group of men straggling outside. It seemed like a very sketchy establishment where families did not belong. I was issued a refund thankfully but I discourage anyone from staying here when going to graduation at the MCRD.

Check-in was horrible. You talk to a kiosk screen in the lobby and can barely understand the person you are talking to He was very rude. The place looks like a dump.

My stay was very good. The cleaning was excelent. Service was very good. The room was very spacious. The outside doesn't look very aesthetically pleasing but it's very confortable inside.

The service overall was not good would have preferred to have an actual person to talk to when checking in instead of a kiosk. The rooms were a little dirty and the area around the hotel. The view in the back looked so much better than it did in person it honestly looked scary in person. The bathroom in the lobby was really dirty and had to tell someone about it because it wasn’t really usable.
