CHAL36 – Detached 5-room chalet of 100m² located in the heart of the village of Arêches, at the foot of the Grand Mont chairlift and 50m from shops.

Very comfortable chalet with a double living room, open-plan kitchen, and a large southeast-facing terrace, near the Torrent du Poncellamont stream.

1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) – 3 bedrooms each with two single beds (90cm) (duvets) – bathroom – shower room/WC – 1 separate WC.

Amenities: Dishwasher – Washing machine – Oven – Microwave – Wi-Fi – TV – Raclette and fondue set – Filter coffee maker – Nespresso machine (pods) – Wood-burning stove. Ski room with boot dryer.

Parking for 2 cars + 1 covered parking space with electric vehicle charging station available upon request.

Note: Pets are not allowed – Tourist tax is extra according to the current rates – Bed linen and towels can be rented – Utilities: €100 extra for winter rentals – Ground floor studio apartment rented on a yearly basis.

Chalet très agréable, assez spacieux pour 8 personnes (4 grandes chambres et 2 salles de bain), terrasse permettant de prendre les repas dehors (soleil le matin), avec une superbe vue sur la nature environnante, et en même temps la proximité des commerces du village.
