Beaufort Cottage Retreat “Oaks on Havelock”
A short stroll to all Beaufort has to offer. This property has been in the family for the past 40 years and now it’s been lovingly renovated and possesses all the creature comforts you will need. Our modern country inspired style home is ready for you to enjoy. In a quiet area, only meters from all the the towns amenities, cafe's, bakery, organics store, butcher, iga, fine dining, hotels, swimming pool and lake. With plenty to do, visiting winerys, regular market and even a town brass band.
The space
The home has an open plan living, yet still very cosy and comfortable. The kitchen looks over the breakfast bar, which has 3 stools to the 4 seater dining table and lounge with a 2 and 3 seater couch and large French provincial arm chair.
Large coffee table is enables everyone to indulge in some board games or puzzles. Wall mounted large screen smart tv for those who wish to settle down to their favourite movie. The two large bedrooms are beautifully designed and appointed with queen sized beds and open wardrobe and bench for your luggage and feather cushioned provisional chair to take a rest. The single bedroom is thoughtfully and beautifully appointed. All rooms have bedside tables and reading light.
The house is kept ambient with reverse cycle air conditioner in the main area and nobo wall heater in the main bedroom.
The bathroom has a bath and shower with heated towel rail and heat light.
Seperate toilet is adjoined to a well appointed laundry that doubles as a powder room.
While out side you have a wide wrap around cover verandah to sit out on and enjoy the fresh country air. The house sits on a large fully fenced block with double gate. It is mostly cleared grass area with trees around the perimeter.
With secure offstreet parking.

Guest have access to the whole house and yard, excluding sheds at the back of the property.
