Perfect Ratio Quality/Cost

Location from city center is not ideal, the hotel’s appearance is not appealing and also not in a very touristic area. That being said, as I was looking for something cheap, just to sleep I was really happy with the ratio quality/cost. The breakfast was also very diversified, with some products and freshly pressed orange juice. Overall the best experience for this price. Thank you Campanile for offering such rates.

Campanile hotels desperately need refurbishing. Much of the buildings and the room are getting old and worn. The bed and mattress was worn, lumpy and uncomfortable. Why install an enormous TV that takes up most if the shelf/desk.

We had a next generation room. The shower was ok but you had to get in the bath to have a shower. We stayed in Tours Campanile and this was a walk in shower and thought as a next gen they would be all the same....there not. But apart from this it was a good hotel.

Le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Baignoire dangereuse car très glissante. Le restaurant ,la terrasse et les vitres très très sales. Au petit déjeuner 2 grosses mouches se déposaient sur les œufs brouillés et le becon qui étaient déjà pas appétissant car desséchés. Le sol du restaurant très très sale et la nourriture reste à désirer. Préparée à l'avance et réchauffée. Vu le prix franchement. Désolant. Le soir une seule personne pour tout gérer, l'accueil , les problèmesen chambre et la restauration compliqué. Ce n'est pas normal.

Hôtel de chaine, sans réelle surprise au niveau des prestations. Déception liée au non fonctionnement des bornes électriques. Et les commentaires du réceptionniste ne sont pas acceptables : ":ces bornes ne sont pas gérées par l'hôtel" (sauf qu'elles sont dans l'annonce et ont conduit mon choix de séjour), et "d'autres Clients ont réussi" (ah bon, en tous cas pas ceux avec qui j'ai échangé, et même si c'est vrai, c'est pas très productif).
