Great getaway for a group retreat

Our research group has stayed multiple times at this property for our annual group retreat, and have had a great stay each time! Very clean, good location, and a kitchen with lots of pots and pans for cooking group meals. We will likely stay again in the future, and would recommend it to others.

Excellent location. Very spacious. Lots of comfortable sitting areas. Several outdoor terraces. Well equipped. Special surprise was a ping pong table which came in very handy during bad weather days.

Great Property for Family Vacation

This was a great house for our extended family to get together. The two kitchens and 6 bathrooms really made it a great place for multiple families. Walking distance from beach, bay, and shops. I would definitely stay again.

Great location

Our group had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s property. Very spacious, clean, and just a short walking distance to the beach. The location is also convenient because there’s a lot of stores nearby if you need to pick up any necessities. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend!

Great space for large groups

The property was very spacious with large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and gathering areas on each floor. We loved the roof deck especially, and everything was as described with no surprises. Several people in my party said they would remember this house for potential future reunions with their own extended families.

We rent houses with the same group of friends often and this was a favorite. Well stocked, plenty of linens, comfortable spaces to relax. We would definitely choose it again

Great house in a perfect location!

Stayed for a family wedding in LBI. Very convenient location with a deli and coffee shop under less than a block away. House was beautiful with a roof deck that has both ocean and bay views. Would highly recommend!

Great House for large group

Group of 3 families with adult children stayed for a wedding weekend. Great house, loved the rooftop deck. Plenty of rooms. Everything from check in to check out super easy. Great location to beach bay and many places to grab a bite.

Excellent Rental!

Excellent property set up to accommodate large groups very efficiently. House was very clean and welcoming. Jennifer made the process seamless from booking, to check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed seeing great sunrises/sunsets from the rooftop balcony!

Surf City Vacation

Well equipped house with several living areas which worked well for our whole family (ages 2 to 75). Great location on the Boulevard a block from the beach. Plenty of parking. A second kitchen, a hot tub, and backyard fire pit were well used and much appreciated.

Best Spacious Place in LBI!!!

Such a big house! And beautifully kept! We had 18 of us there for a Bachelorette weekend and everyone slept on a bed with room to spare. Would definitely recommend for big groups and will keep this place in mind for any other big group events I may be a part of in the future.

Family reunion

The house was perfect for our family of 15. The three living rooms allowed for everyone to either play games,watch TV or just read and relax. The hot tub was perfect we used it everyday. Everyone enjoyed Rita's ice cream shop right next door.

Great For Multi-Family Stays

Our group of friends had an amazing weekend getaway on LBI. If you are looking for a place for several families to stay LOOK NO FURTHER. With multiple living areas, kitchens, and plenty of beds, this property has it all. Plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out during COVID-19 times. Special thanks to Jim who was very easy to communicate with and made the entire process effortless!

Beachgiving

We celebrated an early Thanksgiving with our family this weekend, and this home was perfect for us! The upstairs kitchen table has two leaves and there are folding chairs in the downstairs closet. We had plenty of room to eat at one table (16 of us). The rooms were clean and spacious. An easy walk to the beach and lots of outdoor decks only made the stay better! Can't wait to return!

Late Summer Fun

The house easily accommodated 12-15 people. The setup is a bit unusual as the main kitchen is on the third floor. Once we established that, the whole gang could gather there. We went off-season and there were still shops and restaurants open most of the time. It’s only a block from the gorgeous beach. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Very impressed with home, host, and location

We had a great time at this home in Surf City! Large home with plenty of space for our group, very clean, and we enjoyed hot tub and plenty of extra amenities! Great location right in the center of town. We had a few minor issues and Jim had these fixed within 10 minutes of our arrival. Very impressed with the service and prompt response time we were provided! Would definitely stay here again, thank you again for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!

Great Stay!

My family and I were in town for a wedding and stayed at the house over Memorial Day weekend. The house was exactly as pictured/described in listing, and was more than big for us all to have plenty of space. Amazing location right on the main strip, and steps to many shops, restaurants, and the beach, we never needed our cars. The many decks and hot tub and roof deck were a great added bonus for us to relax. Jennifer was very attentive and answered any questions we may have had immediately. We would absolutely love to stay again, thank you!
