Great Bay views from this beautiful home on a private lane in North Beach. Enjoy the short walk to private beach access at #1111. Bay access is just a short walk. Open floor plan and renovated kitchen with large island. Primary bedroom on main level. 3 other bedrooms on first floor as well as additional family room. Lots of deck space on both levels with covered deck off the first floor. Screened in eating area off the kitchen with large dining table.
No smoking anywhere on property..
No parking on easement.
6 Beach passes and beach chairs provided, must be replaced if lost or security will be deducted. Tenant to supply linens , towels and pillows.
No pets - loss of security deposit if found to have pet on property. Not a pet free property. Phone on honor system, no long distance call or tenant will be billed.
