Open floor plan living and dining area and new kitchen with island, quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Deck off of kitchen has a picnic table and solar operated string lights. Two bedrooms on first level and full bath. Stackable washer and dryer. The queen bedroom has sliding doors that open onto a deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Second level has two additional bedrooms and another full bath. Both bedrooms open onto a large deck where you can soak up the sun all afternoon. Spend your evenings relaxing in the adirondack chairs in the private backyard. Drop a kayak or paddleboard in the bay just around the corner at the end of West Essex Ave. Just three blocks to beach. New Central Air. Tankless water heater means no running out of hot water when everyone comes back from the beach to shower! Short drive or bike ride to Harvey Cedars bayfront park where the kids can play, you can take in the stunning LBI sunsets from the gazebo or attend the free concerts every Wednesday all summer long. Great family home. Saturday to Saturday Rental 2026....No smoking no Vaping!

Nice property but managed by a realty company. Suggest you take insurance.

A nice property in a nice, quiet location. Renter beware this property is managed by a realty company so you will pay a fee both to VRBO and to the realty company and sign a lease with them. You will have to pick up and drop off keys, this is not contactless. It’s not the worst thing, but very 1990’s. Owner inspected property after we left and said there was damage done that we did not do. Not sure when or by who this was done but it devolved into a battle over security deposit. I would suggest you document each room at start and end of stay. We had a nice stay but it was marred by the treatment of the owner. I would not recommend because of this.
