An amazing place, host, the whole 9 yards!

Awesome place to stay, offered to wash clothes for us so we can relax. Took advantage of horseback riding and fishing while we stayed. Great location for surrounding area activities. You will not find a more attentive host anywhere else. We will be coming back for sure.

Nikki was very kind and personable. Our stay was very pleasant. Cabin was clean and neat. We had a charcoal grill available to us had we chosen to use it. The water is well water sourced from the Pagosa Springs, CO natural hot springs. It does have a sulfur smell, but completely harmless. Was the perfect place to stay and rejuvenate for the night. Would stay there again in the future if back in the area. Thanks again Nikki for providing us with the perfect experience.

The propery is very cute. It has recently been redone, and very well. There are two issues, though. The first is security. The back door didn't lock correctly, and both doors could use deadbolts. It would also be nice to have window coverings on the back door and kitchen window. The second is the water. We had to purchase water to drink and wash with. The water had such a sulfur smell to it that it was unusable. When I washed my hands with it my hands smelled like sulfur for hours after. The cabin shouldn't be rented until the water is corrected.

Nice remodeled cabin but outside yard needs work.

Older cabin and remodeled inside super nice!! . Outside yard area needs cleaning, mowing some updates. Every time you ran water/drain had a Terrible gas smell from septic tank. The septic issue needs to be addressed immediately.

Loved it here, outside of town. It was a drive to the springs and piedra trail but worth it for the price and privacy and quiet. The stars were amazing. I found a little trail to take the dogs on in the mornings. Everything you needed was in the cabin and it was really clean and cozy
