This bayou-facing property will be sure to enhance your stay! We offer a washer/dryer, and basics like dishes and pots/pans. From our easily accessible dock connected to the property, you can fish and kayak. This apt is located within a 10 min drive to the beach, grocery, Walmart, boutique movie theater, & fast food. The location is also within 1 hr of New Orleans. This elevated apt comes furnished with the basics.

This lovely loft style two bedroom apartment is furnished with basic amenities such as queen size bed in each bedroom, sofa sleeper, full sized bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, and spacious parking. There is a large shared outdoor space on property with picturesque water viewing. You have the ability to launch your canoe/kayak directly from our privately adjoined fishing dock. The location is conveniently located within 5 min of a variety of local restaurants, grocery store, and a boutique movie theater. Within 10 min, you can reach beautiful Waveland beaches. Old Town Bay St. Louis is conveniently within a 15 minute drive which includes a variety of boutiques, antique shops, local coffee, beach front bars & restaurants, & live entertainment. There are two casinos located within a 15 min drive such as the Silver Slipper and Hollywood Casino. There is quick and easy access to the interstate and New Orleans is slightly under an hour's worth of drive. You will need to climb stairs to access the apartment.

Disliked: Cleanliness
DO NOT stay here. Tried for 45 minutes to get into the property. We could not get in touch with either of the hosts. Then once we finally did get in contact, they tried to move us to a different rental that was already occupied. The only reason we were ever able to go into the property is because of a maintenance man who was staying next door who had a key. Once we entered the house, it was very clear it was never cleaned from the previous stay. Bugs, roaches, and dirt were all over the floor. The floors are falling apart. There was dirt and a dead bug in the sheets. I had to wash both sets of sheets immediately. The bathtub was filthy and when showering, you’d end up standing in 4 inches of water because it wouldn’t drain. Looks like there’s some sort of mold around the vent and by the ceiling. VRBO customer service was absolutely 0 help.
