Brand new tiny home will provide perfect get away spot. Located in Austin Lake Community. Community has lake access from Corp. of Engineers maintained boat launch and swimming area. 14 miles from I-40 convenient to both Cookeville and Baxter TN. Visit Cookeville Boat dock Marina, Burgess Falls and Window Cliff a short drive away.
