Great hotel in the heart of Brussels. Everything is pretty easy to walk to from the hotel. The Brussels central train station is conveniently close by for a day trip to Ghent. Great staff at the hotel.

Front desk staff very helpful. But when they run off a ticket for a guest they may wish to note that there are 2 airports in Brussels. I thought there was only 1 and almost missed my plane and had to take a very expensive cab to Charlebois.

Only issue was finding the entry point n a very busy street. Once that was accomplished our stay was great. Staff is courteous and facilities very clean.
Parking was adjacent and easy.
