Natureza

O hotel tem área excelente, com animais soltos, campo de futebol, 1 piscina aquecida e outra sem aquecimento, trilhas é muito contato com a natureza. A localização, próximo ao centro de Brotas, também é ótima. O quarto deixa um pouco a desejar nos seguintes pontos: frigobar muito barulhento, cama de casal na verdade são 2 de solteiro com colchões finos, abajur com aspecto de velho e toalhas manchadas. O ar condicionado funcionou bem e o chuveiro também, sem problemas. Funcionários muito atenciosos!

Não recomendo para casal mas local é.lindo

Tivermos problemas com barulho na primeira noite por hóspedes que não respeitaram a regra de 22h mas pedimos para trocar de quarto e foi feito. Como aceitam cachorros na manhã de domingo alguém deixou o animal no quarto e saiu e fui acordado por latidos Não recomendo para casal que deseja descanso Mas o local é lindo, quartos confortáveis. Café da manhã poucas opções mas deve ser por conta do covid 19. Também não estavam trocando as toalhas das mesas no cafe, mas eu pedi para trocar e foi feito.

O local é muito bonito e agradável, com muito verde, muitos espaços para descanso e o café da manhã, embora básico, é divertido com a possibilidade de você mesmo fazer coisas na chapa. O chá-da-tarde é um extra que é bacana também. Mas, na verdade, tem bem menos coisas que um hotel-fazenda mesmo. Está mais para uma pousada com amplo ambiente que para hotel-fazenda. A piscina é apenas climatizada, ou seja, quebra o gelo. A pesca deveria até ser retirada, pois é um tanque circular bem feinho. Os coelhinhos soltos fazem sucesso com a criançada, assim como os pula-pulas. O playground é meio básico também, como quase todos em Brotas. Serve mais como ponto de apoio para passeios que para estadia como hotel-fazenda.

Descanso em família em harmonia com a natureza

Adoramos a estadia! A área verde é muito bem cuidada, há vários bichos soltos.. uma delicia pra quem quer curtir a natureza com tranquilidade. O único inconveniente foi não oferecerem jantar, então tínhamos que sair todos os dias a noite com as crianças pra procurar algo pra comer.

Muito bom, mas pode melhorar

Hotel muito bom. Passamos um fim de semana. Pontos positivos Atendimento - Contato com os diversos animais(Coelho, cabra, ovelha, galinhas, araras, etc) e natureza - Área enorme, com árvores frutíferas, onde se pode colher e comer as frutas na hora. - Café da manhã bom. A possibilidade de usar o fogão a lenha para fazer seu próprio ovo mexido, misto quente, pão na chapa, etc é bem legal - Muito próximo ao centro de brotas - Trilha para o Rio dentro do hotel Pontos negativos/a melhorar - Quarto meio velho, precisa de uma repaginada. - TV do quarto não pode ser chamada de TV, é um monitor muito pequeno - Ar condicionado de janela em 2019 num dá mais, faz barulho a noite toda, resfria demais aí você precisa levantar pra regular. Enfim, bem ruim - Piscina bacana porém suja e pequena, apesar de haverem 2 piscinas. Fiquei imaginando se todos os hóspedes resolvessem usá-las. Seria bem desconfortável. - Poderia ter bicicletas para os hóspedes usarem. A rua onde o hotel fica é bem tranquila e isso agregaria bastante - Camas apesar de grandes, são duas de solteiros juntas. Isso não atrapalhou em nada o sono ou a estadia, mas achei estranho. - Opção de cardápio oferecida no almoço e no jantar nos dias que ficamos lá foi bem fraca pelo preço (35,90 no jantar e 39,90 no almoço) . O fogão a lenha poderia ser melhor aproveitado. Na minha opinião fica um pouco questionável o custo X benefício, pois foi um pouco caro para 2 diárias.
