Fotos de um prédio ainda em boas condições, construído na década de 1970, no centro velho da cidade. Não tem cama box, ainda tem tv de tubo e ar condicionado tipo caixote. Mostra ser um hotel onde não há preocupação com atualização ou renovação. Não deveria ser classificado com nota 7,5 mas abaixo de 6,0.

Justo e compreensivel

O Hotel Fenícia tem o charme da conservação de arquitetura dos anos 40/50. Banheiros com louça colorida, colchas e "paninhos" com estampas da época, lustres, quadros e moveis característicos da época do meu avô. Local super limpo, com tudo funcionando. Chuveiro, frigobar, ar-condicionado, luzes, Wi-fi. Ficamos no 504 e foi muito bom! O atendimento no Check-in e Check-out é simples, pratico e rápido e com pessoas super simpáticas. Minha maior recomendação seria no café da manha horário um pouco mais estendido, senti falta de suco natural, iogurte e até uma frutinha mais básica (banana/maça). Por ser um local antigo, possui um cheiro característico (as vezes de fuligem), não é ruim, mas para quem tem rinite, tome cuidado. Fácil acesso e do lado do calçadão, da pra aproveitar o centro da cidade a pé. Não possuem serviço de quarto, por isso, antes do check-in vejam se há tudo o que precisam.

Ótimos funcionários. Condições do hotel são ultrapassadas, tv, ar condicionado e frigobar todos muito antigos. Destaque negativo para tv de tubo com canais abertos, e por ser de tubo, fez com que eu levasse atoa um chromecast, e para o frigobar que gela pouco. Ofertado sabonete mas não shampoo e condicionador.

Hotel antigo moveis antigos camas colchões pareciam pedra, limpeza 100% funcionários muitos Bons chega dar do 1 funcionário pra fazer tudo, um na recepção um senhor e uma senhora que realiza o café da manha e cuida da cozinha, tinha que ter disponível uma pessoa na cozinha no período noturno pelo menos pra liberar micro ondas ,precisei esquentar um leite para minha filha e cozinha fechada, funcionários sobrecarregados chega dar Dó, o que eu percebi Hotel muito bonito local ótimo mais ficou deixado de lado Donos, não realizam investimentos, mobília antiga falta funcionários, melhor segurança qualquer um entra no estacionamento não tem câmeras a noite hotel fica vulnerável, piscina fomos olhar estava suja falta limpeza, do resto hotel é bom só foi esquecido no tempo tenho ctza que foi um dos melhores hotéis de Bauru na era dos anos 80 porém precisa de renovação, eu me hospedaria de novo no mesmo pelos funcionários limpeza e localização, porém vejo que funcionários da muito mais que o seu melhor pois é tudo 100% limpeza atendimento isso sobre carrega o mesmo vemos que são pessoas de mais idade o que entendo que devem ser funcionários mais antigos do hotel, Donos tentem melhorar fz planejamento para ir melhorando gradativamente tenho ctza que esse hotel tem uma historia bonita só precisa ir melhorando e não ser esquecido e daqui um tempo fechado.
