This house boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. Brand new queen hybrid memory foam mattress in the main bedroom! The cozy living room features a comfy futon for extra guests. With amenities like central AC and heating, ceiling fans in every bedroom, stainless steel appliances throughout and hard wood floors throughout the living area. This is a full house with anything you may need including a hair dryer, coffee, bottled waters to make guests feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower and bathtub for relaxation after a day of exploring in which ever way you prefer the best.

Wonderful stay! The property is in a perfect location, close to LSU as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We especially appreciated the convenient parking in the back with rear home access. Overall, a great experience — we would gladly stay here again.
