They sold our room out from under us. Claimed “Expedia canceled the room.” However Orbitz customer service said they did not. The place is disgusting. A stripper joint is attached to it, along with that you get the grossness that comes with such a place. The employees were awful, liars and just terrible people. I can’t believe Orbitz is affiliated with such a disgusting property run by such terrible people. This is a BAD look Orbitz and makes me question booking with Orbitz again. We had to file a fraud claim with our credit card company to get our money back, as the hotel charged us, said we couldn’t stay there and didn’t want to refund us. Luckily we found another place that was MUCH cleaner with friendly staff. I’m pretty certain if you stay at this gross place, you may wake up missing a kidney. As another angry customer said to us in the lobby, “This ain’t nothing but a $29 hooker hotel!”

Roaches everywhere. Holes in the sheets. And the room smelled like cigarette butts. TERRIBLE. 2 pillows on bed. Both different sizes. Bathtub was filthy.

It was suppose to be a premium king room. Well it was a room and had a king bed. Holes in wall. Bathroon nasty and full of cigarette burns whenever it was suppose to be smoke free room! Worse room ever

Room displayed for overnight stay was not room received, have photos, room looked like a disaster, major holes in walls, beds falling apart, bathroom was need of major repair and ceiling in bathroom had black mold above tub, poor location and questionable looking drug out individuals all around, several approached us for hand outs. Can sent photos of room condition. File like I should get a refund.

I was first given a room or someone had clearly been smoking like a chimney, but the clerk was quick to put me in a new room which was fine. However, the room look very run down, burn marks in the bedding, no rack for the toilet paper, and not enough outlets, a.k.a. one outlet that was pretty far from the bed table. The room overall Could have been in much better condition.

The rooms are absolutely disgusting. My feet were black after I shower. I had to wash them with a washcloth before I can get into bed just from walking from the bathroom to the bed. Someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night from the adjoining room. They knocked repeatedly and we're pushing on the door and and wiggling the door handle. There is no room phone to call the front desk for help. When I tried to call the number from the it went to a foreign number and no one answered. We were terrified. After evacuating for Hurricane Laura this experience was absolutely horrible.. we checked out early the next morning out of fear and disgust. We were not given a refund. Or credit for the night we were not staying. After contacting Orbitz they have tried to contact the hotel several times but are unable to get in touch with anyone.

This place is absolutely filthy. The bottom of my socks were completely black after walking on their floor.

Need be deeply cleaned especially bed sheets and bathrooms .

It doesnt have micro waves in them are refrigerators in them any more and the pool stunk and was green.

It was alright had to change rooms two times because it was not clean and they did not have nothing but two house keeper

I gave the room comfort OK because it was a nice room and the bed was comfortable. The problem was the people in the room next to me left the TV on all night. Also eveidently someone's company left at 1a.m. and were talking loudly (enough to wake me up). When I booked the room, I noticed it only had a 2.5 rating....next time I will pay attention to that. The women in the office were very nice. The area around the rooms had broken down vehicles, not very appealing. On the plus side, the water pressure was very good, the bed was nice, the microwave and refrig were good and the room was laid out well.

Not happy about the overall experience was nothing like showed on internet

I had a problem with the maid staff not one time did they clean the room after I been there for five days.
