Comfortably laid out with large sitting/dining area and state of the art kitchen and brand new contemporary bathroom with powerful shower and bath. There is a lovely bedroom and also a double sofa bed in the sitting room.
There is a lift to the third floor and then one flight of stairs to this apartment.
A portable air-conditioning unit is available in the unit.

You have access to all parts of the apartment. The building has been recently renovated and is extremely secure and well looked after.
