Customer service is at an all time low at this place. Worker seem to not pay attention to persons of color. The staff treated white persons with priority and ignored black persons like myself. They need to find a way to distinguish and manage guests accordingly or better yet learn to treat everyone as equals black or white
This was a beautiful property with plenty of things to do and see. The property is well maintained. My only issue is the seaweeds in the water,. I was not impressed with the beach.
I liked that it had a travel desk with affordable activities to do. The staff was amazing and courteous. Really enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning

I bought a package for air travel and hotel accommodations for December 7th. My flight was delayed for a whole day so I I could not check in to the hotel until December 8th. I notified Orbitz customer care who then informed the hotel on December 7th of the changes. I was to have received a refund for the 7th which was already paid for. However the hotel extended my stay so that they had me checking out on December 12th instead of December 11th as the original reservation intended. So when I checked out today December 11th they have me considered as an early checkout and are still charging me for 4 days instead of 3 days with a refund for the 7th.

Staff went out of their way to assist any request we had! I forgot my heartburn pills at home and the bartender stepped outside and flagged down a cab to take me to the closest pharmacy. He also called first to make sure they were still open. This level of service happened 2-3 more times during our stay with other members of the staff. Highly recommend!!!
We had a great time at St Kitts Marriott. Staff was friendly. Everything was conveniently located with pizza/smoothies by the pool, a great breakfast buffet option ($), and easy access to the ocean and BEAUTIFUL views. Some thing were overpriced but expected with being on an island. Overall, very happy.
Lots of construction work being done so one restaurant closed. Recently updated areas of hotel noted. Room had some mold on ceiling and lots of water in the closet. Also a distinct moldy smell in room. Hotel unwilling to extend check out time as we had a later flight, however not a big issue. Staff very friendly. Not a lot of night time entertainment other than the casino. Overall nice hotel
We wondered why we were getting charged 8.95 a day for wifi. The staff confirmed it was because we were orbitz customers. Having said that, the hotel waived the charges, but it was annoying nonetheless.the positives about this property; big rooms, plenty to do, good location on the beach. The negatives were our orbitz room had no view to speak of, the lobby was under construction and the litter was not picked up as well as it could've been.
When we get there they supposedly upgrade our room but although the room was comfortable, there was No view, only to the parking. The hotel was under renovations. The reception personnel was attentive and helpful.
Every Marriott person I encountered was friendly , courteous and eager to be of assistance. The place is nice , but the people make the place.
