My room was for two people and I was given just two bath towels. Hand towels and a bath mat would have made for a more comfortable stay!
We stayed in the tower where the rooms were huge but since this building was originally been designed for condos the staff didn’t know how to equip it as a hotel room. To bad as the location and views were beautiful!

Great, simple and clean hotel. Perfect place to stay in Puntarenas.
The hotel was not bad. The location of the hotel was the issue. It was in the middle of slum. I did not feel safe. We had to drive miles to find restaurants. We stayed because it was not refundable. I would not go back there or recommend it to others.
The hotel is not the hotel in the photo, but one next to it. No elevator. The pool was filthy. leaves all over and dirt so think you could plant rice.
the only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the pool is decent. ALL the white plastic lounge chairs around the pool are broken and uncomfortable. We were told there were no pool towels and had to use our own. there wasn't a phone in the room and it was obvious when we went down to the front desk that they didn't want to be bothered; our request for the proper number of towels to be brought up (3 people=3 towels) was ignored completely. Additionally, we could not use the safe because no one came to open it when we requested twice. There was no water when we arrived, the wifi crashed every 5 minutes, and the electricity went out.
Hotel is located next to private homes, which is not ideal. It seems that hotel property is also used for boat storage, which is not expected for a hotel. The reserved room with the right number of beds was not available, had to use a very small extra bed as the second bed. The outside pool needs some work. There was no lighting in or around pool, so it was hard to see after dusk.

Pasamos un buen día de descanso; disfrutamos de la piscina con nuestros hijos.
Me gustó mucho el apartamento con linda vista al estero. Nos entregaron tarde las toallas y no hay luz en la piscina, por lo que se vuelve peligroso más si vas con niños. El desayuno muy bueno, me faltó la natilla. No hay basureros cerca de la piscina y sería bueno que pensaran en colocar un puesto de toallas de piscina cerca de ellas y no en la recepción. El personal es muy amable, los felicito. En fin, el precio está acorde con lo que recibes!
Me hubiera gustado que tuviera plancha de ropa la habitación, agregó que el personal del catering del domingo 11 de setiembre les faltaba servicio al cliente el señor estaba con cara de molesto. En general bien

Hello Don,Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Indeed the apartments are designed for long-term guests, but also for short-term rentals and all the guests love when they get upgraded to the tower to enjoy the views and space of the apartment.
