Lovely two-room apartment of about 40 sqm located on the first floor within the very green residential complex "Il Casetto di Bardolino", just 3.5 km from the centre and 1.5 km from Cisano centre and the beach, suitable for hosting 2/4 people. The residential complex is located a short distance from the Oil Museum of Cisano di Bardolino and the Zeni Wine Museum where it will be possible to discover all the secrets of cultivation, processing and production of these precious Lake Garda products.

From the terrace, equipped with table and chairs, you can enjoy a magnificent lake view with breathtaking sunsets. The complex has a large fenced garden with trees and a swimming pool for adults and one for children (opening period guaranteed 01/06-30/09), sunbeds provided.

The apartment consists of a living area with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette with gas hob, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Air conditioning, heat pump, TV (no satellite) and wifi available. Double bedroom with chest of drawers. Bathroom with shower cabin and hairdryer. Parking space within the residential complex. Pets allowed with supplement. Smoking is prohibited in the house.
