Family of 4 absolutely loved the location and proximity to beach, shopping, restaurants, transportation, etc, and number of bedrooms. Issue was we disembarked from cruise and were eager to wash clothes but machine did not work. The agency installed a new one last day but it was too late. also shower really small and leaked water out where seals were not in place. I would still stay here again, the location and uniqueness and charm outweighs the rest.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Gosh, where to even begin. Within 30 minutes of checkin, someone had entered our apartment without any notice. She said she was a cleaner and had forgotten something. That seemed reasonable enough, but then she started taking pictures everywhere, leading us to wonder if this was actually a potential thief who was just scoping out the apartment. We eventually got notification from the apartment management that it was a cleaner, but it was an unnerving experience. They said the pictures were because they didn't trust her and wanted her to document what she was doing. On the 3rd day, they told us that someone would be coming to replace the dishwasher and we'd have to deal with that between 11 and 1 that day. We asked if they could delay this, since we weren't even using the dishwasher. They said "No". We left the apartment to allow the installation, but no one had come by the time we came back. We told them they hadn't come and warned that we'd be livid if they just showed up at a later time. At dinner time, exactly that happened. On the last evening, the electricity went out in the building. That by itself isn't the management company's fault, but they didn't provide /any/ info on when/whether it would be fixed. By midnight, it still hadn't, and the heat index outside was a dangerous 104 F. They provided no alternative arrangements, so we left for a hotel. The kitchen drain often smells like sewage, because the u-pipe leaks. It would be so easy to fix. Don't stay here.
