The hotel consisted of different places and addresses which was confusing! The lady that helped us at the one address was rude and at first wouldn't let us leave our suitcases since we had arrived early. It wasn't until I showed her an email that said we could leave our suitcases early, that she let us do so. We won't be staying there again!
