Brand new apartment with private terrace and big community terrace, ideal for BUSINESS trips and/or HOLIDAYS. The apartment is located in a commercial area, where you can find almost everything. Very close you find an underground station with direct connection to AIRPORT (11 stops), to F.C. Barcelona Stadium CAMP NOU (1 stop), to FIRA Barcelona area (2 stops) and to Barcelona's city center (9 stops) and it’s sightseeing.

It has two rooms: a double room with a comfortable bed of 1.40 x 2.00 meters and a room with two comfortable beds of 0.90 x 1.90 meters. The living room also has a big sofa bed of 1.50 x 2.00 meters.

From living room you have access to the private terrace.

It has a new bathroom with a comfortable shower and hairdryer. The kitchenette is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle and all necessaries for cooking and eating.

In the bathroom, there is the washing machine.

Additionally, the guests have access to a big terrace on the third floor, where they can sit down, rest & eat in the fresh air.

Apartment is band new. Bright and very welcoming.

During your stay we are always available for you.

The apartment is very well communicated by underground. With L9s you have direct access to AIRPORT, F.C. Barcelona stadium CAMP NOU and FIRA Barcelona area. With underground L1 you have direct connection with Barcelona's city center and it’s sightseeing.
- Hi! Please read carefully our house rules: 1. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those mentioned in the booking. In such cases must be reported before check-in. 2. The apartment is privately owned, we ask you to take reasonable care to prevent damages 3. Silence inside the apartment from 22:00h to 08:00 to respect neighbors rest, it's not allowed to be out in the terrace after 22:00h. 4. We include the final cleaning in the price, but we request to throw the trash in the dumpsters outside the building. 5. For each damaged or missing towels or sheet, we take 15€ 6. Local touristic tax is not included: 2,00 euros per adult (+16) and per day and must be paid on check-in. 7. We would like you to take care of the apartment keys. In case you lost it, you should have to pay 100euros extra.
