We were a group of 5 family members and the apartment was a perfect choice. We all had our own bedroom and bath which worked beautifully. A large apartment in a fabulous location. We were close enough to walk to many attractions and great restaurants. Our apartment entry process was very easy and our host was able to give us an early check-in. This was greatly appreciated due to our early flight arrival. We all would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Barcelona for our extended family - 5 bedroom and 5 bathrooms were amazing! The apartment is in a great location - walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and sights. Definitely would stay here again! Loved it!

Amazing location with easy access to everything

We loved the central location. The metro was just a block away we were close to restaurants and shopping. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Definitely recommend going back.

Perfect in every way

This property is everything we could have asked for. The location, accommodations, and the management’s communication exceeded the expectations for our group of 10 traveling to Barcelona. I cannot thank this management team enough for making our stay such a breeze and going above and beyond! Highly recommended.

Multigenerational vacation

The apartment is lovely - nicer than photos show. Two terraces are great for morning coffee and quiet reading. Lots of room for a group of kids, parents and grandparents. Location was great A easy walk to La Ramblas and Eixample and super easy to get cabs. Highly recommend. Only challenge was lack of enough bath towels for the full group.

Barcelona property

The apartment has the accomodations as illustrated. The building needs to either be cleaned or painted ( very runned down ) . We never figured out how to turn on the Heater nor the over. A bit noisy but good location close to all the stores

The place is great! Location is good too, walking distance to lively areas, shopping, restaurants, and the metro train station. Easy access to the building through smart lock technology. The unit itself was actually great. My only con was that we were hoping to do laundry throughout the stay as we went to the beach and had a large group for multiple days but only had 1 pod for 1 load of laundry. Simple fix/recommendation for host to have laundry soap, dish washing soap, and more cleaning supplies (garbage bags/paper towel) on site. Relatively cheap fix for host, and encourages the occupant to keep the place clean too.Still rating 5 stars based in the unit, location, communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We traveled with a group of 10, and the apartment was absolutely perfect for us. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, each set up as a private suite, everyone had their own comfortable space. The large dining table and updated kitchen made group meals easy and enjoyable.The location was outstanding—just a five-minute walk to Plaça de Catalunya, right in the heart of the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully combined historic charm with modern amenities. There were plenty of outlets, hair dryers, and towels provided.The owners were extremely responsive, both before and during our stay. When the electronic street-level door malfunctioned, a quick call to the 24-hour emergency line had someone there to fix it promptly.While the common areas of the building are a bit worn, once inside the apartment, it truly felt like a private oasis—perfect for gathering together to plan your day or relax after sightseeing. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for comfort, convenience, and character in Barcelona.

Air conditioning broken. Three bedrooms in front very hot and stuffy and the street too loud to open the window/balcony. Lights broken in part of the apartment. Low water pressure in some bathrooms. One bedroom has no privacy as window curtains are too small. Overall an ok place but make sure owners fix issues with unit as not all five bedrooms were comfortable.

Family vacation in Barcelona

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We had a group of 8 people in a wide range of ages (3-93), and were delighted to find an apartment that could accommodate us all easily. It was so nice for each room to have its own bathroom, especially. One member of our group is disabled, so finding a place with an elevator was a must- I will note that even when you get off the elevator, there are 2 steps down to the unit door. Not a deal breaker for us, but it could be for others. The location was very convenient and central. Just one block away is a spot where taxis line up, so very easy to catch a cab if you need to. Inside, I found it a little odd that there is no hand soap provided, so I had to use the shower gel to wash my hands during our stay. The floors could have been cleaner as well. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient. Overall I would recommend this place as it was so nice to have the space to gather together but also have the bedrooms/bathrooms to spread out in.

Needs some care

The apartment was as clean as it could be except many broken tiles. Rugs were filthy, turned up. Curtains had holes and were almost completely off the rod in one bedroom. Kitchen was nice, new, clean. It took until 3rd day to get air conditioning working. They sent instructions that did not work. Finally had to send someone to unlock. This apartment desperately needs attention that would not be too expensive.

Loved the facility but!

This apartment is amazing. The building is quite old, as is many buildings in Barcelona, but the moment we stepped into the apartment, we were all wowed. Each bedroom is ensuite and the beds were really nice. The only down side that we experienced were as follows: 1 - The property manager gave us the wrong door code and it took forever for us to find the person to provide us with the right information to get into the apartment. 2 - We had only one towel per person for the entire 5-days, that did not make sense. 3 - There was hardly any soap, so we had to go and buy dish soap, hand soap, and body wash. 4 - Communication with the owners were a bit slow Overall, we would still come back to this unit, I hope the owners will update it a bit more to make it a nicer stay. This is an amazing facility, they should make the minor improvements above and make it great.

Great Location - Very Roomy Apartment

We stayed with our adult children and granddaughter, and could not have asked for a better location or apartment! There was plenty of room for all 10 of us - with privacy in the bedrooms /bathrooms, yet spacious common areas in the dining room and living room. Lovely balconies outside each bedroom, with room for sitting and reading or having a cup of coffee in 2 bedrooms. I was surprised at how much street noise was blocked by the quality windows - wasn't a problem at all! It was convenient to get a taxi or bus just outside the building and the Metro was nearby. The elevator was great for bad knees and ease of access. Apartment is walkable to restaurants, shopping, La Sagrada Familia and other sites. Each room had its own bathroom with shampoo & conditioner and a nice blowdryer so didn't have to pack one (if you're a washcloth person remember to pack one for Europe), the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had dishes and silverware. There was dishwasher soap, a starter roll of paper towels, a laundry pod (definitely appreciated the washer & dryer). There is a convenient store just outside the front door that carries a little bit of everything. The responsiveness of the owner/manager was wonderful prior to our trip, and while we were there. It was easy to check in with digital keys. I would highly recommend this apartment in the heart of Barcelona for large families or friends/couples! It was clean, spacious and very comfortable - it was everything it promised!

Asunto oli hyvä löytö viiden hengen työporukalle. Jokaiselle oli oma makuuhuone ja suihkullinen WC. Lisäksi asunnossa oli tilava oleskelutila ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Asunto sijaitsi todella keskeisellä paikalla ja siitä oli esimerkiksi vain 5 minuutin kävelymatka Plaça Catalunya:lle. Majoittaja oli selkeä, täsmällinen ja nopea viesteissään. Sisäänkirjautumiset ja asuntoon pääsy tapahtui vaivattomasti. Ainoa miinus tuli tupakan hajusta, joka ilmeisesti kuitenkin kantautui jostain naapuriasunnosta.
