Exactly as advertised. Small, with everything upgraded, clean, comfortable. The space was great for the 2 of usWe loved the access to the e-bikes. We rode more than 40 miles on 2 different trips exploring the carriage roads. So nice to have them and to be able to go out on a whimIt was fantastic to have a parking spot and be able to easily walk wherever we wanted to goJay was a great host. He reached out by message and by phone and was available for questions. When we return in the future Jay’s place is our first choice of where to stay

Good communication with host. Condo is conveniently located near Bar Harbor’s shops and restaurants, easy walking distance. The condo was small, but comfortable, with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I loved the property. Everything you would need is provided-plus some things you could use to really enjoy Acadia.We’re in our mid 60’s so we didn’t try the bikes,but being so close to everything in Bar Harbor makes walking everywhere very convenient.The total comfort of this unit made this one of the best vacations we’ve ever had.

I booked this for my husband who was attending an event in Bar Harbor. He said it was all an A, from checking into the property to the top quality of everything inside the unit (Boll & Branch sheets! If you know, you know!), bed, AV system, furniture. I communicated with Jay and he was always extremely responsive prior to the stay - we never had any need to communicate with him during the stay. The location was perfect, walkable to everything downtown, and the onsite parking is invaluable. We are very picky and this place was perfect!

It's small but has it all! We enjoyed our stay and the fact that it is tucked away within Bar Harbor was a plus. We took the buses to Acadia and hiked beehive and around. The e-bikes were fun and made the carriage roads easier. We cannot say enough about how nice everything was.

We had an awesome stay! Jay is a terrific host who is incredibly thorough and responsive. The condo is a little cozy for two people, but everything about it is top notch! The location is terrific, a short walk from the center of town and tons of bars, restaurants, and the Island Explorer. The condo is equipped with top notch accessories - towels, sheets, the bed, etc. - and an amazing TV?Surround sound system! I highly recommend!

It was just a great spot centrally located right in downtown Bar Harbor. Phenomenal TV and sound system would recommend to anybody and especially that the owner was a former veteran of the arm services and contributes all our part of the rent to friends of Acadia. We will definitely be going back.

Fabulous condo - great location

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the luxurious comfort of the condo. The porch and grill was great to escape the restaurant crowds, cook in and relax. Short walks to downtown and the grocery store was a plus. Condo is super clean and the bed very comfy! Host was very helpful and welcoming--cheers to you.

Acadia Visit

Property is perfect for 1 or 2 travelers. I would stay again. E-Bikes are very convenient way to access the National Park. Carriage roads are accessible only a few blocks from the door. Apartment is clean, conveniently located and comes with parking, which is otherwise a major headache. Jay has also spent a lot of time and money to make sure the amenities (towels, bedding, cookware, etc) are first class.

Highly recommend: clean, comfy, convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jay's condo. It was well stocked, had high quality bedding and towels and the location was perfect. The e-bikes were a bonus and we rode them to Acadia right from the condo. The condo is small, so I wouldn't suggest it for more than 2 people, but it's perfect for a single person or a couple. The owner is a wonderful person with great communication.

Great location. There is a Tesla destination charging station with 3 chargers within walking distance from the condo. We were able to park right in front of condo. The place is amazing. Had all the comforts of home. Especially loved the closeness to Acadia

Ideal location offering high-quality accommodations

The apartment is exactly as described. It is small, but perfectly adequate for 1-2 people. Everything - linens, kitchenware, appliances - is of the highest quality. Jay is extremely responsive to inquiries and clearly dedicated to ensuring that his guests enjoy their stay. We very much enjoyed exploring MDI and then returning to our comfortable accommodations at the end of the day. Would absolutely recommend.

Perfect Couples Getaway

This place is the perfect property to enjoy Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. We loved the fireplace, the e-bikes, the high end kitchen, the comfy kingsized bed, and being able to walk to everything in town.The host was attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We will be recommending it to our friends and may even return someday.
