The hotel was a long way from the ski slope, the room was dirty and uncomfortable. The sofa bed option was unsleepable, with the ridges from the sofa digging into your back. Had to ask for a second mattress to improve it. The cleaning services were poor. The cleaners only changed the towels and bins. The food selection was abysmal. If you like chips then you are fine, otherwise you get the option of dry chicken or pork casserole every night.
