In the green Bannewitz, right on the southern outskirts, you live on my 3-sided courtyard in a separate house.

Bannewitz is extremely convenient in terms of transport:

by car:
2 min. to the A17 motorway
5 min. to university
10 min. to Dresden central station
10 min. to the city center (old market, historical city center, etc.)
30 min. to Dresden Airport (DRS)

by bus:
6 min. to university
12 min. to Dresden central station
15 minutes. to the city center (old market, historical city center, etc.)

The friendly, bright room is located in the right side building, with its own large cloakroom, a modern, spacious bathroom, with an extra shower, corner bath, hairdryer, washing machine and extra toilet. Everything is available for you to use alone, towels and soaps are included.

In the room itself, you will find a double bed measuring 1.80mx 2.00m, a small kitchenette with tea and coffee, incl. Stove, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. Televisions and free WiFi go without saying and are part of the basic equipment for me.

In the courtyard you can use a west-facing terrace until late in the evening. The parking lot is right in front of the door.

Einiges Besteck fehlte oder war zu wenig vorhanden (großer Löffel) , Trinkgläser (zu klein und Kindergläser). Zimmer waren auf dem ersten Blick sauber, aber es gab schon viele Spinnweben in den Ecken. Die Vorhänge in der Küche hatten jewiels hrosse Risse. Im Schlafzimmer gab es gar keine Möglichkeit es zu verdunkeln. Die Heizung sollte mal entlüftet werden, da diese blubbert. Im Bad der Fön war zwar nicht defekt aber sah auch nicht vertrauenswürdig aus ( es fehlte die Abdeckung zum Strom). Wir haben aber die Ruhe genossen und due Lage war perfekt. Schnell in Dresden und doch auf dem Land. Keine Luxusunterkunft, was wir auch nicht brauchen.

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung im dörflichen Umfeld. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Innenstadt von Dresden ist mit dem Auto in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar.Teil eines alten Vierseithofes. Saniertes Gebäude, eingerichtet mit schönen alten Möbeln. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet.Alles macht einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck.

Romantische FeWo, 10 Autominuten nach Dresden

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Stimmungsvolle Innenausstattung und Einrichtung. Nur ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: im Treppenhaus war die Lampe defekt und auf der Toilette fehlte ein kleiner Mülleimer.
