An adequate room for a pretty cheap price.

The room was adequate for sleeping but was crazy small. It was very clean and the shower had good water pressure and was plenty hot. The view was so-so. The staff were friendly and spoke good english and were very helpful. The best thing about the hotel in general is its location. It is literally 20 yards away from the end of Soi Cowboy. It's also across the street from an amazing indoor mall, Terminal 21, the best shopping mall in Bangkok, by far.

Property was in great location but a budget hotel at a budget price. A few things in the room didnt work such as shower drainage, safe and TV has bad reception. No complaints for the money it cost

Budget hotel in great location

2 nights in deluxe room which was not exactly that. Lets be fair, the location is great in the centre of Bangkok for about £25 a night so have to be realistic. Sign to say they take no responsibility for lost valuables in your room and safe was broken. Had to ask for loo paper as cleaner didnt leave one. Shower flooded bathroom as drain must be blocked and toilet cistern ran 24hrs a day as it was faulty. Hotel needs a bit of maintenance and only some of staff speak English. You get what you pay for so overall it was ok, no breakfast available but plenty of options nearby. If you want a cheap place to stay in central bangkok and have realistic expectations based on the price then this is ok

not recommend this hotel, room is very small, poor layout, elevator issues, room smell like mold and shower wash goes into room. Eletronicity turned off three times during the next, resulted no ac.. fob access card was disabled 3 times.

Strategic and Easy Accessibility Hotel Location

Good location situated between Asok BTS station and MRT Sukhumvit station which both stations are connected for seamless traveling. Shopping malls like the Terminal 21 and Robinson are a stone throw away just across the road. Food wise is easily available within walking distance. Convenient store 7-11 is just next door with a massage center just besides it. Overall, my stay in W21 Hotel is happy and good.
