Room: The Fantastic Four Pax: 4 Experience: 1. The receptionists were not friendly and professional. a. The receptionist (female) was quite annoyed that all four of us check-in at different time due to different flights. b. The receptionist (male) was not attentive. As there is only 1 key to the room, we would leave our key at the reception before we go out. However, there were 2 incidents where he told us the key was not with him and we thought that we lost the key, only to find out the next morning that the key was at the reception all the time. 2. Other than that, everything was good. :)

Hmmmm. Good location especially for first time visitors of Bangkok. Near Khao san road and Rambutri. For this price range you couldn’t expect too much. We booked 2 family rooms in advance and telephoned to the hotel about late check out. They explained No problem if you pay 100 bhat for one hour. We agreed. Next day receptionist asked me if we coud check out at 12.00 because they have booking. They probably get booked overnight and kicked us out. However they let us leave our belongings there at reception and we coud take a shower before leaving BKK to Europe. Overall quite ok. This is Thailand

Nice quaint hotel in a great location

In great location near Khaosan Road for a good price. Stayed in sidekick room with two single beds on same floor as reception. Room was clean and perfect for what I was looking for. I didn't spend too much time in the room so the size was not an issue. I wanted a place near Khaosan Road. It was a about a block away. The hotel staff was also very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay an extra night. They also arrange transportation to the airport. The room had an AC unit and a small TV.

Not a happy customer

After a 16 hour trip we were looking forward to our stay here. We arrived and were told that they had double booked us. They said they'd booked another hotel down the road for us which they brought us to. It was terrible - dirty, noisy, unsafe, completely different standard to what we had wanted. It was so late that we had to take it. Not happy with the experience. To make it worse I followed up with an email the next day and they have still not bothered getting back to us. So I can't report on the actual hotel but our treatment and replacement was not to an acceptable standard.

Great location

Upon check-in, we were given the wrong type of room when we clearly booked the larger one. After my inquiry, they claimed that the agent booking for them had made a mistake and added that there were no more larger rooms available for the rest of my stay. The staff was kind enough to shift us to the largest "smaller room" and mentioned that she will refund the money at the end of my stay as she will only be charging me for the smaller room.

Fab fab fab!!

Great B&B - excellent location in the heard of Koh San Road. Staff were great, they let us is the shower in the evening after we'd checked out, and looked after our bags all day to allow us to still enjoy our last few hours in Bangkok.

great location and overall excellent

just off the noisy koa san rd, 2 min away, but very quiet. very cool decor, my teen kids loved it. the staff are nice and helpfull. the room could be cleaner but we hardly spent time in the room so we didn't realy care...i stayed with my 3 kids in a 4 bed room, 2 bunk beds, when my husband came we took one more double room. next time in bangkok we will stay there again

Great Location - Theme is a bit tacky

Loved the location, for enough away but very closer to Khao San. Its also across the street froma fantastic Thai Muslim restaurant (find Mark Wiens video on YouTube).

Hidden gem with nightlife

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Granted I have been to Bangkok before and stayed further out of Khao San Road, however it is very close to the grand palace and other popular monuments. For that it is great. The hotel itself is fairly clean. I did have a bad smell coming from one of the drains in the bathroom. Booked a sidekick room. It had very small windows that looked out onto someone else's house but you don't come to this area to stay in the room. For the price and location it is a fantastic place for a short stay.

Great Themed Hotel located in the Heart of Bangkok

A great place extremely close to Khaosan road in the heart of Bangkok on a quiet street. Great themed hotel with all the amenities required and all for a very reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and a cool theme made it fun. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay near Khaosan Road and it is definitely great value for money.
