Second time here, three years after the first. Great hotel with ideal location for my work. Good bedroom with large, comfortable bed and great shower. Running a workshop and staff were friendly and helpful. Food is of a good standard and location only 10mins easy walk from K Village which has lots of restaurant choice.
This place is simply stunning with the most excellent customer service - pleasant and courteous at all times. Our apartment on the 10th floor was gorgeous, with views over the city. Spotlessly clean and superbly equipped. We loved having so much room to relax in and take a siesta after a day touring. The pool is lovely with a great jacuzzi to relax in. We would definitely return here - in fact it's spoiled us for any other hotel!!
We stayed here for 6 days. The one bedroom suite was modern and spacious. The living area had a sectional with a nice TV. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom spacious with excellent water pressure. The suite had separate thermostats in both the bedroom and living area so you could control the temperature as desired. We loved the washer/dryer combo which allowed us to pack lighter. The rooms and premise are very clean. The breakfast was good with quite a few items: meats, cook to order eggs, breads, hot items. limited variety of fruit, cook to order noodles, and a small vegitarian corner. There is a shuttle that goes to the Emporium/Quartier mall every 15 minutes until noon and every half hour thereafter. A BTS station (phrom phong) is located there. Terminal 21 is one station up from that, where there is a wide variety of restaurants. Be slightly early for the shuttle. They seem to be trying to one up the German train system for on time departures by leaving a minute or two early. The hotel is in a residential area, but close to Sukhumvit Rd. You can walk down to Sukhumvit in 10-15 minutes, but the sidewalks are narrow and uneven, so it is best to get a cab or take the shuttle. A 7-11 is a two-three minute walk up the street which has a surprising number of items for a convenience store. Loved our stay, and we'd stay here again.
We have stayed at this serviced apartment hotel quite a few days during the last years. We like the hotel, the location and the friendliness of the staff. We stay months. We do like the apartments and love to have all home appliances as a washing machine and a dryer beside the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment. The rooms, including the bathroom, are quite big and the water pressure in the shower good. The WiFi is great and the service good. The breakfast and the restaurant is good but it would be good if the management could find a new person or head chef to manage the team and perhaps update the menu. I was informed that the offered day special French Onion Soup contained chicken and no slice of bread and no Gruyere cheese. This is not a French Onion Soup. That was a chicken soup containing onions. The drivers of the shuttle bus seems not to fully understand that they are not participating in a formula one race. Please instruct them to drive with care and consideration. The gym has improved which means the TV channels are now available on the machine without any problems. There should be a sign stating, as in the US, that users should clean the he machines after use. Today the users do not understand that this is basic and thus really do not show any consideration at all or do not understand and thus should be instructed. Why not get som disposable wet wipes ? I was also very surprised that the single use foam earphone covers are washed and reused. It should not be that way. The pool is good but why not make the pool and why not the Hotel smoke free, as I have earlier commented. It is annoying when the smoke drifts in over the pool, to say the least. The pool sides are very slippery. This visit as last visits I have seen kids slip and hurt themselves. It does not really matter if small yellow warning signs are placed close to a the pool as small kids can and will not read them. It does not cost a fortune to have more mats to cover the slippery surface areas fully. The staff at the pool seems not to understand this issue. Who is responsible manager for the pool? This time swim diapers are available. I think however that parents should understand that they can buy and bring the swim diapers themselves. I believe that, at last, in a month or so the worn pool towels will be changed to new good semi colored ones. Why not coordinate this with other Marriott hotels? Why can not MEA Sukhumvit Park be a full member of the Marriott organization? Then e.g. the credited day benefits would be as other Marriott hotels not as today a third only.
Traveling in Bangkok can be challenging as a foreigner. "Cake" (Pemika), the front desk manager and her colleague Joe, really helped me out. I had a big logistical problem that they helped me resolve. I've been a loyal Marriot guest at several of their properties throughout the US and around the world. And I was particularly impressed with Cake and Joe. Hope you have the opportunity to stay at this property and to meet Cake and Joe.
We stayed here for 5 nights. Check-in was super smooth. Early check-in was requested by us at the time of the booking and was provided without any fuss. By Mr Kiwi. Housekeeping was of very good standard. Bathroom was large and clean. Cooking facilities were available, though not used by us. Tuktuk drop facility to the nearest BTS was a big convenience, particularly considering the maddening traffic of Bangkok. Mr Pui, the Lobby Ambassador and Mr Kyo, Concierge were very helpful and looked after our travel needs very efficiently. Meter Taxis / Grab Taxis were arranged promptly when needed. Our daily tour programs were meticulously planned for us by them. Breakfast spread was limited. For vegetarians like us, a very limited choice was available. The hotel did try to include an Indian dish in the breakfast menu every day. But idli was available sans chuttney / sambar. Not their fault though. Overall a satisfying experience.

Made a return visit to the Marriott Sukhumvit 57 hotel. Hotel is in an excellent location, steps from the Thong Lo rail station. Breakfast at the hotel is one of the best I’ve ever had with an extensive selection of baked goods, freshly made noodles, freshly made eggs, crepes, waffles, and French toast, freshly squeezed juice and fresh fruit. Room was very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. You can take a bath with views of the city. We had drinks on the rooftop bar with a great DJ and spectacular views from the 49th story.
I visited Bangkok from 14th Jan to 17th Jan and stayed at the Marroitt Executive Apartments, It was an azming experience The Food was just too good The Service was spectaclar very prompt and courteus staff The Cleanliness was immaculate Overall a great experience
This was my second stay at this hotel. Last time I stayed with friends and even then it was great and that’s why I returned with my husband and kids! Both times the service was great as well as the rooms, beds, bathrooms. Everything was provided in the rooms, including kitchen, laundry machine and dryer. Room service was fast and food was delicious. They’re breakfast buffet is amazing and we love our breakfast! Nothing beats the convince of the hotel. It has buggies that take you to Emporium mall and the road itself has restaurants and convenience shops and massage parlours. Everything was just so convenient. I even invited my friends and their kids over for lunch and a swimming play date by the poolside where the service and food was great! They even have a kids club. Over all it was a great trip to Bangkok because of this hotel. Also, the rooms are so spacious, even if it’s for one or for 4!
