We really enjoyed this hotel's location and room size. Only 5min walk to Central Embassy with a small but nice rooftop pool. However, we were extremely dissatisfied with the front desk staff. At check in, my small son was enjoying the complimentary snack and he wanted to bring a small plate back to the room. The staff straight out told him he could not do that. On a few occasions, we had to ask the front desk staff questions about the surrounding area and to change our pick up time, their attitude and reaponse were rude and unprofessional (eyeroll and blank stares.) However, housekeeping and and belldesk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection could be improved but then who goes to Bangkok for hotel breakfast? Go out and enjoy all the yummy Thai food :)
Friendly atmosphere. We had a four year old with us and she loved the pool... the staff... the rooms... the room service and the smiles! ♡ The staff was very helpful and friendly. And there were no hidden money traps or extra-money-you-end-up-paying for car rentals from the hotel kind of thing. We asked them to provide us for a ride to Pattaya and the charges were very reasonable unlike the car rentals from outside. Their breakfast was good and the chef would come outside and sometimes ask your preferences as well which was very nice of them. The location is awsome too. When we were deciding the hotels, we didn't realize the location was the most accommodating aspect of the hotel. We got to know it when we actually were there. 2 mins walk to the Wave Place that has a BTS connected bridge and you're on your way. :) Would recommend this to anyone who would be considering travelling with a family...or location oriented stay or simply a relaxing one. The views from the rooms are beautiful specially when its raining. I'll always miss those moments and that view of lightning and rain and the skyline. Loved it. Will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Bangkok. :)
Cons: air con blows directly in your bed/sofa (even at lowest strength). Shower door feels shaky, also too low for my friend. Wifi pw is very hidden, had to call guest services to clarify. Pool is not big and view isn't astonishing Pros: great staff with smiles and decent English skills, huge room and bed, huge shower space. A lot of electric plugs. Location is very close to Phloen Chit BTS station.
地點一流，交通方便，治安好！服務非常好，房間整齊乾淨，酒店職員非常友好。早餐質素高，餐廳環境舒適。我們非常滿意，一定會再次來臨。 Location is first class, convenient transportation, good law and order! The service was very nice, the room was neat and clean, the hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast is high quality and the restaurant is comfortable. We are very satisfied, will come again
1 room + 1 livingroom is called a triple room be careful - very poor confort valued to a 3 stars with a bad smell in the bathroom during 10 days - a poor breakfast ! Best location and wonderful pool ! Personal dedicated and nice.
Very pleasant hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is great with nice range and the pool is a great escape from the hectic streets. Prissy at the concierge desk was very kind and helpful with tips and recommendations.
The room was big and very clean. The pool is very nice. The attention of all the staff was fantastic. Location was quite nice, walking distance from restaurants. Nice area. Breakfast was very nice too. Just perfect
I always stay at the Sivatel when I visit Bangkok, I have never been disappointed when staying here. The Room was great and this time we were overlooking the British Embassy so the view of the Skyline at night was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful and the Food was great as well and we couldn't finish off without a dip in the Pool. To summarize a great hotel in all ways will definitely be staying there again
The hotel is strategically located close to number of shopping malls and Sukhumvit area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. However the sofas in the reception were dirty, and there were marks of water leakage in the 26 floor. I didn't like that one of the closets was in the bathroom.
We stayed at Sivatel Hotel for a week, the location is sentral, our room was very nice with a beautiful view. The hotel staff is friendly and very service-minded. Great pool area also with a view over the city. This was a great experience. Thank you so much! If we go back to Bangkok we will definitely stay at Sivatel again.
