We stayed here for three nights and the stay was very comfortable and convenient for us. The hotel is at a very accessible place if one wants to travel around Bangkok by train- BTS or MRT. The hotel also provides a free tuktuk till the main road. The wifi is also good and the hotel cafe is decent enough. A very good budget hotel if one wants to save money for shopping.
Hotel was good. But there was a bad smell in the reception. Room was big , beautiful window seating. Clean, convenient, near the BTS. Though we just checked in for 1 night and we checked in after 10 pm so, can't say anything much about the staffs but when we were checking in that time the staff on the front was on the phone and we had to wait for him to hang up. But without those everything was good and satisfactory.
Its OK hotel for short stay in Bangkok. Location was good. Away from crowd. You need to walk for 5-10 Mins to reach the main road - Sukhmvit Road. But Hotel provide free tuk tuk service to reach the main road. Breakfast: Its good and they have standard menu. Book the room with breakfast. Its worth. Rooms: I booked PREMIER ROOM but still room size is very small. But its neat and clean. You might face issues with AC because they are very old. I had to change the room because of AC. I am not sure about other category rooms. PREMIER ROOM has all the basic amenities. It has also have Micro oven and ceramic plates to have food. There was no disturbance from other rooms. Rooms are non smoking. They provide free WiFi. Hotel Staff: They are really lack here. They have only one bell boy to do all the work. even he only drive the tuk tuk, Hotel Reception was ok and not much helpful. I had a late night flight so while booking i have informed them about the late checkout. But on that day hotel reception informed me that all rooms are booked and they cant give me extension till 04:00PM and I have to leave room by 12:00PM. However they gave me wrong information because later I have seen most of the hotel rooms are empty. Also they asked for 1000 Bhat for 4 hours extension. I didn't expect this from Salil Hotel. However if its a short trip for 2 or 3 days and you need hotel just sleep and keep your luggage then this hotel is fine because its cheap and will serve the purpose. Also very near to BTS Nana Station.
Was charged 500 Baht as I arrived at around 10 am (had stayed in many hotels at Bangkok and were given rooms "if available" without any additional charges). The location is around 10 minutes walk from main sukhumvit road. Ploenchit and Nana BTS are quite accessible, anyways they have a Tuk-Tuk for complimentary pick&drop. The filipino restaurant staff during the dayshift was very friendly and hospitable with great English, should have more staff like her. The receptionist was nice too though not very good at English. The room was bit cramped but neat and well-sorted. Would recommend and stay here in the future.
Initially disappointed as we booked for two single beds as we were sharing and the hotel gave our 5 rooms with seperate beds away to someone else. This left our rooms with only one queen size bed in it. They expected two big guys to share the bed until we perservered to get trundle beds put in the room. This left us no room at all in the room and they failed to give us blankets as the airconditioning was freezing. The breakfast was simple with eggs, toast, coffee and friut juice. They do supply a golf cart to transport you to the main road and eatery's. Although their grasp of english was poor the staff were friendly and tried to help us. A cosy hotel with free wifi but does not have a pool.
This is a very small boutique hotel, the room size is just OK, however the interiors are so beautiful and so nice, the colors used for the walls etc. makes you feel so good. I have never seen such a cute hotel. It's also very clean and staff is courteous and helpful.
I was happy with my stay at this hotel, mainly because it was located close to the subway - walking distance of 500m. The facility was clean, comfortable & noise-free. No frills stay. The only issue I had was that the chain has 2-3 hotels in the same area with the same name. We ended up walking to a different hotel in the opposite direction.Since the hotel did not provide us a tuktuk, we had to walk over 1.5km with our luggage.
I had stayed here for 7 nights during my first visit to Thailand, it was a work trip. The hotel is decent, room was clean & cosy. The Hotel is somewhat around 500 meters from Nana BTS station making it very convenient to travel across Bangkok. The hotel provides free shuttle service to BTS station. 7/11 convenience store is located within walking distance. There are numerous eating options but at a distance. Breakfast spread was average & can be worked upon. Only problem was the dishes weren't labeled making it difficult to avoid Pork. The staff was very helpful & professional. One of the best value for money hotel in Sukhumvit.
Very clean and cosy room. Very close to Nana station. The staff is unbelievably friendly ( we needed to leave before breakfast so they made us a breakfastpackage for on the road ) Defenetly coming back here!
