I didn't like that I had to empty my suitcase 3 times for the check in process and pay 1000 baht deposit (when my credit card was already on file there). The only real problem I had was the check in process. I was expecting to be asked for a DNA test at one point it was so ridiculous. I do not blame the staff. The younger girls there were just doing their jobs. Breakfast was very, very good. Room was beautiful inside. Area around the hotel had a lousy sidewalk but some nice places to eat and drink right by it.

Stale, management needs an overhaul. Staff seemed tense w a smile. Something greatly amiss neath the surface. Head bar manager arrogant and self serving. Had to work there as internet did not function in room. Bar is on an alley side which has quite an unpleasant odor. Staying here was feeling like wearing a plastic clip on tie put on by rushed multi tasking adult. Stiff, uncomfortable overall , looks good, but terrible experience . Staff , IMO , would be better off if new manager was brought in. Room clean , bed comfortable , ac great. Much much better options within 1000 yard radius.

Great location. Very closed to Subway and one step away from bars and clubs. The guest service team was very helpful. Especially, Wilson and Ethen made my stay very special.

budget hotel with small room and clean in good location for party goers, nothing special. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Secured building and while we were waiting for the room; lady staff member showed us a very tradition thai room with marble and large walk in shower, very nice room and sales presentation. Had breakfast with room and staff was friendly Every thing was great on Soi 11 street until we got in taxi and started negotiating taxi fare to airport, price agreed 300 baht, I sat down staff shut door , driver said 350baht.I got out, all taxi drivers wanted 400baht' not the first time I seen these thugs take up space so other taxi drivers can not get fares, Makes all the hotels look bad on that street, we are trying to get away from thugs and con artist. It was the slow time for taxis, after the morning rush and after walking down the middle of the street one taxi driver agreed to turn meter on, came to 187 baht at airport and I paid 300 baht. Yes I have paid more for a taxi when its 4:00 pm rush hour and the driver explains he is going to lose a lot of fares and we agreed to a price.

All the staff except one were exceptional. But one is all it takes.

hotel clerk mod upgraded the room for 500 baht, walk in shower, tradition appeal like lots marble in room, very clean room and updated very nice. Breakfast very nice and service was very nice. Ordered taxi for airport, no meter showed time yet on taxi;$ 400 baht driver said and he pay toll I said 300 and I pay toll, ok. Sat down driver changed mind 350 baht. I got out and asked next taxi parked across street, turn meter on and I will pay toll. Same 400baht, little cartel going on lined up taxis, taking up prime spots for working taxi drivers. I am stopping taxis by now in the street, with no help from Salil hotel, one turns on meter and laughs 400 baht. airport ride came to 187 baht and I have traveled come across Bangkok for less than 300 baht before. I have paid 400 baht before in rush hour traffic, when the driver explain to me the fares he would lose stuck in traffic, taking me to airport, this was not the case today; I would not recommend Salil hotel or the other 5 hotels that are next to each other with the gangster taxi drivers. I am not a small person, how would they treat a older person, couple or lady. Get a hotel a little closer to sky bridge and for a few baht have meter taxi drop you off Makkasan station to avoid changing of rail line to airport, check with hotel clerk on correct station.

Exellent location with very nice employees. nice bars walking distance.

This is a recently built hotel. Decoration is very unusual and not for everybody's taste but the room is clean and well equipped, staff very nice, location is perfect. Room has a wooden floor, 32" Sony TV with a DVD, electric kettle with free coffee and tea and 2 free bottles of water. Bed is nice and confy, 4 pillows. Not much room for putting clothes away. Superior room had a bath tub, on the busy street but very quiet thanks to high quality window, 25 square meters basic but sufficient. Location is amazing, surrounded by International and Thai restaurants of good quality, 7/11 close by, very big hotels across for great buffet options. Also lots of bars and discos close by, Q Bar, Bed Superclub, Climax and more. Breakfast buffet was not very good, empty and cold trays at end of service, not much choice. Deluxe room is bigger, higher floor, with a bathtub and separate shower and a see thru wall. Proposed by front desk to upgrade from superior to deluxe for 500 baths. Overall nice clean hotel, would go back depending on the price which varies greatly.

Cute boutique hotel with charm. Room was a little small but the bathroom was modern. Great location near the MRT. AWESOME price.

For the price, this is not a bad choice. The Nana sky train is about 5-10 minute walk. Walking on the sidewalk is a problem, since they are occupied by food carts, so be careful as you walk in the street. The breakfast is not that great, but not something that should keep you from booking this hotel.

The decoration like western style,Even a little bit small,But very comfortable. The Staffs are very nice and polite,I enjoyed spend time in here and felt relax, what a good holiday.

Hotel is the most important part for travels,in the past,I always thought that I could easily to get a hotel or price will be cheaper,Actually I was wrong,After traveling a lot,I think how easy of the booking website. This time is Thailand Bangkok trip,I stayed in dream hotel and selil hotel, both of them are nice. Thank you so much!

I first visited in BKK. Salili hotel Sukhumbit Soi11 was good. This hotel was near the Nana station(BTS) and CVS. Room condition was clean but room size little bit small. Anyway I had a good experience
