Staff were great , however the hotel itself was in bad condition, looks like it had never been redecorated since it was built , No bar , the AC vents were full of dust and the chairs in the room had stains , for a Ramada hotel it was well below their standards.

The staff were very professional when a group of boys came and started being loud and disrespectful to the staff. The hotel is Very close to platinum mall. Tea coffee water available free of charge. staff work very hard to keep this hotel clean. Need better amenities like bigger hand soap. Need more detail cleaning in the rooms. Every day we had Indian tour groups and they were very noisy! They do shopping at night come back at about mid night then start packing doors open and talking loudly and going one room to other until 3 in the early morning. We complain to front desk and offered room change but all the floors were same! Someone from staff should go and asked them to shut room doors and keep quiet. Breakfast time also same, loud talking and full of people, but staff did good job filling up food items!
