I have stayed over 50 hotels and airBnB apartments in Bangkok over the last 10 years and I keep coming back None of them offer the space, comfort of the delux apartment in president park Large lounge room and kitchen ,with separate huge bedroom,it's truly a home away from home .Nothing worse than being stuck in a single room in a big city.To be able to visit the pools, yes more than one ,well groomed gardens makes life in a big busy city ,relaxing. The staff especially Alisa on the front desk greet you with smiles and could not be more helpful. For me it's a no brainer, I just love the place
This hotel was probably awesome at one point of time.. but now it's just bad.. made me stay in the property across the hotel.. very bad smells.. i just wanted to get out.. but was stuck.. bad linen.. old towels.. horrible breakfast..
The manager have no experience to handle angry customers she will make you more angry, they are not carrying abot you just take your many and leave They have tow building new one and old one (old one not in any photo for all standard room) There are no different between the standard room and suit Very old furniture Finlay we found a bug on our pillow in first day as photo
We booked for a standard room and when we reached the hotel they took us to their old property right opposite which was a pure dungeon. It had one of the oldest rooms spacious but foul smelling, bed slightly wet and filled with smoke smell. The bathrooms had the entire old system not antique. We asked for an upgrade (ready to pay) which they were not ready to give (we later understood rooms were available). We changed to another room of their which was bad but better than the previous one. We vacated after a day and shifted to the hotel opposite - The Davis Bangkok which was more luxurious for a small price change. If you are booking in this hotel please try their new block higher category but not their old block!
I was expecting more for a 4 stars hotel. My room was situated across the street from the main building where reception and restaurant are. I changed room twice because of the smell of smoke and ants crawling all over the place. The staff was helpful and did its best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was alright.
The rooms are a bit dated and the breakfast buffet could be better. However, the customer service is excellent. Nattarat, a young man who works the front desk was extremely patient with my many requests. I needed help with my phone, tour reservations, and dinner reservations. Nattarat spent a great deal of time explaining every thing to me and making sure that not only were the details to my liking but that I understood what was included and excluded. Throughout the time we spent going over the details he never lost his smile. All of the staff here have been helpful and friendly but Nattarat really made a great impression for his hotel.
Check in was very quick and easy. Wifi not so good on 16th floor. Day 1 toilet blocked , day 3 toilet blocked . After this we were mover to another room. Upside was wifi was better on 10th floor. Buffet breakfast was ok not a great deal of selection but still enough. Pool took some finding but was nice when we eventually found it. ! The rooms are a bit old and tired !
Napat and alisa are the best in the reception they are kind and helpful and respectful and they help with whatever they could the location is sukumvit soi24 i will visit them again because off the staff and the clean place they made me feel like home and the room service is so good the clean every day and put water and wash the dishes they are soo good
Stayed for two nights 19th and 20th July. We had two rooms in the tower opposite the main hotel foyer. Rooms were clean but musty/dated and in desperate need of complete renovation. The hotel runs a shuttle service to the BTS which was a superb cheap way to get around Bangkok (buy a day pass 150bht). All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Cannot comment on facilities or breakfast as we did not use. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was quoted by the hotel at 1700bht (expensive). We used Bangkok airport transfer which was 1200bht one way and could not fault them.
This hotel is located slightly away from the rest of the crowd and actually better for the family stay. There is no chaos or hassle like on the main area of Bangkok. Rooms in the hotels are spacious and great for family stay. The hotel has two buildings, one on each side of the road. The breakfast in the hotel is also good but it consists of mainly Thai or Continental dishes. Ample of options are in the breakfast and the taste is also good. The Phrom Phong metro station is 10 mins walking distance from this hotel. Its better to take the walk since traffic can be worst during evening time. Also some good restaurants are available nearby to the hotels. The guy on the outside of the hotel is very helpful and guides tourists with their plan. We were helped by this guy for our travel plan to Pattaya and arranged a taxi as well. Even the bell boy was helpful and helped us in locating Indian Restaurants near to the Hotels. The hotel staff is very friendly.
