The whole staff was very nice and cheerful! The room exceeded my expectations, very clean and comfortable. I had a suite so having the living room was nice. Also liked the bathtub and separate shower. Had breakfast each day and it was delicious. Love station for eggs, lots of a variety of breakfast items. Staff in restaurant was amazing as well.

Clean room and pleasant surroundings in a very convenient area. While the staff were generally helpful I couldn’t understand why the free shuttle tuc tuc was unable to transport us (2 people) and our two suitcases to the end of the street when I tried to book it. We actually never saw it operating for the four nights that we stayed in the hotel. This just made it difficult for us to move our suitcases the 200-300 metres to the sky rail station and somewhat took the shine off our stay. Not really very good customer care.
