Our 3rd or 4th stay over the years. We enjoy the hotel & staff. I would recommend it and we will return. The only complaint is housekeeping would allow the room doors to make the alarm sound as they cleaned the rooms. There has to be an away to disarm the door beeping while it is propped open for cleaning. Because after 3 and more rooms it becomes a distraction and stressful. Has never happened before so I think this can be solved.

The location of the hotel is good, the reception and the room service staff is also very good. However, there seem to be smoke smell at the 19th floor where I am staying. Maybe someone is secretly smoking in the staircase. There is also a air purifier outside the corridor, I think it is to mask the smoke even though it is a non smoking area.
