Good location ,friendly staff , nice and cosy big room . The location is near to national stadium BTS, and shopping ctr- MBK , we can take BTS or walk to Siam area , very convenient .The Hua Chang Pier just behind the hotel , can take boat taxi to Pratunam area , only 3min and cost only 9baht. The hotel staff will led to the room . The AC, the fan and the mood of the lights can be controlled by ipad in the room, and the toilet seat is heated and has the option of butt-washing. It come amenties -hairdryer , toothbrush ..etc.. the shampoo , lotion and body wash was from the spa brand -Harnn , it smell nice ... The room is big and cosy for us . The bed was big enough for my child and both adults. The room have a separate shower area and a bathtub too.. As we booked 2 rooms , they are nice to give us a connection room . We stayed during the christmas period , we were surprise with a xmas socking with tibits inside from the Hotel. For cons points - is that the pool is more of a pond, every morning /afternoon always full of leaves, no able to swim or make us no feel like swimming in it . The breakfast is so-so , everyday mostly same varieties of food.

Good location however the standard of the hotel is not very satisfying, including the staff, breakfast and room cleaning. Most of the staff don't speak or understand English. The selection of food for breakfast is not wonderful. Very basic. The cleaning is average. The towels smell and old. The decor is cheap to chips.

The hotel staff led us to our room and we liked our room at the first sight! It was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean and decorated with a pink hue that is perfect for us young couple. It was so much space that we can literally dance in the room! The AC, the fan and the mood of the lights can be controlled by a tablet in the nightstand, and the toilet seat is heated and has the option of butt-washing. The girls at the front desk are so friendly and helpful and they become our go-to persons during our stay in Bangkok. The location of this hotel is right in the commercial center, 3 minutes walk to MBK. It is close to two train stations (both silom and Sukhumvit lines), and the water bus in the back! Couldn't have asked for a better location. It was worth every penny staying at the Hua Chang Heritage Hotel and we would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to re-visit Bangkok.

So.. found this place online 5 stars under $100/night Pictures looked great and honestly pictures don’t do justice how pretty this place is ! They really did an amazing job How ever ... I booked a smoking room and on my arrival they told me they don’t have what I booked so they upgraded me to a suite but none smoking ...okay no problem I was getting a bigger room but had to go all the way outside to smoke , I can live with that since was a better room Then by 11 am they asked me to check out to checkin to the smoking room I originally booked ... Then the next day I was called to say someone has specifically asked for the room I’m staying in so I have to move again ... Anyways to cut the story short I had to move 3 times in 3 days Breakfast and the staff s service is absolutely horrible so don’t waste your time or money on that because you ll get a lot better food anywhere around the hotel and I go to Bangkok quite often and Thailand is known for great service so I will have to say this place has the worst service I have ever had in Thailand but one of the nicest looking places I’ve stayed at I hope they step up their game because the location is also perfect

I enjoyed my stay here, had a nice room, the breakfast was great! Very close to all the shopping centers, walkable distance. They charged me for the water in the room, two bottles were for free but apparently not the bottles in the fridge which were the ones I took. It doesn't matter since it was 40 baht or something like that, but feels a bit cheap for a nice hotel to not provide a bit of free water...

I think this was one of the best 4 stars I have ever stayed, rooms were like the photos on Website or even better, staff was very nice and polite. I stayed here for 3 nights and I wish I had stayed more. Location was also excellent, within 30 m from river for boats to catch for old town as well as within 5 or 10 mins walk from both lines of sky train. I have not been writing reviews on TA for some time as I often trust reviews and get disappointed however I had to make an exception for this place. The only negative if I really had to pick one is that the pool is more of a pond, I think it’s mainly due to the logistic of the place. Really recommend this hotel,

We stay here for 4 nights for my honeymoon and babymoon. I booked this hotel as I though it was a 4 star hotel but then it was not on par with a 4 star standard. My room was so far from the lift and the alley is so dark and creepy. Due to I'm pregnant with 6months, I request to change to a nearer room to the lift. However, the staff mention that only the premier deluxe available(wish is one grade higher) and asked us to top up if want to stay near to the lift. I has been traveling and exploring 4 and 5 star hotels, and honestly this is the first hotel that is not that friendly and understanding. Aside that, the toilet was always flood with water (although there is a door separated the toilet and shower area). Feeling so uncomfortable need to step on the water every time We go toilet. The wall and the ceiling is cracking. Air-conditioning can only till certain temperature. Cannot go lower then what they told us.(Reason?! We not sure too.) Smart TV is not functioning anymore. Normal TV channel such as International channel are almost 98% in Thai language and Thai subtitle (guess you should have English language?!) The only pro is Miss Siam restaurant. We had our dinner Miss Siam. Good environment, Serve very good Thai food, and good service. Conclusion, for the price I pay, there are certainly many more way better hotel to choose. Sorry but no more next time.

Been here 2-3 years ago was in love and feel comfortable with everything. We booked 3 rooms, 1 Suite and 2 premier deluxe. Because one of many reason, a member of a family have to stay in at the suite room sleeping in the sofa. Without any notice Hua Chang charged an extra fees for that without any info and NOT even delivering the extra bed. Until we're about to check out they charge for it. What a huge disappointment especially towards the manager who in charge that day (11th November 2017) his gesture, his attitude really not helping and showing hospitalities at all. What a unpleasant experience and bad memories there. Too bad.

Unlike its tradional name, this hotel combines with classical white and tropical green. Delicated design with sense of fusion with Thailand and India especially facinates. Beautiful surprises also scatters around lovely garden, trendy lobby , spcious rooms, sunset window views and tasty breakfasts.

This a really nice boutique hotel located next to, its namesake, the Hua Chang Bridge. The hotel is located in a small little Soi and is quite convenient for tourists thinking of doing a little bit of shopping as its only a short walk to several malls (Siam Discovery centre etc.). While within walking distance, its still a little bit of a walk to the closest BTS station which is slightly inconvenient in the Bangkok heat. The room we stayed in was fantastic and spacious. There is a convenient "ipad" that allows you to control the air conditioning, light, fan etc... Toiletries are provided and the toilet seat is even from Japan that allows heating among other "cool" features which was a pleasant surprise! The Mrs and I also went for a swim in the gorgeous pool surrounded by trees. It was great! Staff were very pleasant, attentive and prompt with our requests. They were also very helpful with calling for taxis and giving directions. Overall, I think this is a really nice boutique hotel in busy bangkok. The prices are slighly more expensive than some of the other hotels that i've stayed in but otherwise everything else was great! Make sure also to try the street food located right outside the hotel. The grilled chicken and pork were fantastic!
