I stay at this hotel very often for work trips and for months at a time. Recently I had an incident regarding my room. The next day, I was welcomed by hotel staff who addressed all my concerns and even provided me with a beautiful fruit basket as an apology. Special thanks to the kind Supervisor Yurada Bootviset who met me in person to explain the steps they had taken to address my concerns and room maid Supaporn and house man Sompong for their help.
Room large and comfortable. Poor quality ammenities kits in bathroom. No hot water in bathroom made for unpleasant shower. Did not use their dining so can't comment on food. Staff were very pleasant and attentive.
Rooms are good size however they need renovation. Most of the rooms do not have a seperate shower cubicle which I prefer in my room. Lighting in the bathroom needs to be improved for sure. Breakfast could have a better spread, considering the breakfast being served at other properties in bangkok. However the location of this property makes up for all the other short negatives. Super friendly location for shopping, food and connectivity directly through the BTS.
The rooms and suites are the most family friendly in BKK. Being connected to the Emporium mall and the subway is the best part also. Breakfast is also great. Service is great and very helpful. One of our families favorite places to be. Call them ahead and get some good deals for long stays!
This suit has friendly service and good location in the city. The service staff is friendly and room is kept clean. The Skytrain is near by which has English signs therefore tourists can take it. That allow you to go to the Museums and other area of interests. And the taxi drivers knows about this hotel so easy to get back. The bad thing is the hotel phone usage. When my friends called us from their cell phones to the hotel room phone we are billed with a big than usual bill on their calls. We are surprised at the charge for receiving calls. This is very unreasonable. I would advise guest not using the hotel phone at all. It's cheaper to use my international minutes than using the hotel phone. The hotel is close to a shopping mall. One of the most expensive mall so for shoppers this may be where they want to be. There are a few restaurants and food court, grocery market in the mall so it is easy to enjoy your stay if you can afford the NYC price. The general public only window shopping here.
Fantastic room & location. Nothing to complain except the toilet door was near the bed but very very minor issue. Room has fridge, microwave oven, full size fridge, sink & kettle. Dining table, writing desk & chair and a single sofa. Very tastefully done, breakfast was great except there is not much thai selection.
We spent two nights here at a One Bedroom Suite. Our Room (Bedroom, Living Room with dining area, little kitchen, bathroom) was very spacious, clean and had a nice city view from the floor to ceiling windows. Very reasonable price regarding the size (almost 100 sqm.) Good location for shopping and sightseeing. Nice pool on one of the higher floors for cooling down after walking around in the hot city. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Would certainly recommend the place to my friends. Special thanks to Sawetree for her good recommendations regarding shopping and dining! (Dinner at Nahm Restaurant was really amazing!!!)
Chose this because it is one building with one of the top malls in Bangkok, but also happens to be a very nice luxury hotel. Spacious rooms with mini kitchen and big fridge like an apartment. Not in city center but very practical location with its own Skytrain station. Would definitely consider this again when bringin family.
All staff were very cooperative, especially the assistant front office manager and the front office staff. The location was also very good because of the connection to the mall and BTS system. Great food in both the breakfast and the room service menu. Will definitely stay there again.
Stayed here for a couple of nights. Good place to unwind. Proximity to a mall and the train station gives it an added advantage. We had a one bedroom suite and had an additional bed placed for one child, but that turned out to be a single bed and with no room on the 'Queen' size bed for another child the lady at the front desk was kind enough to send in another bed for our 2nd child.
