I have a wonderful stay in this property. The location is perfect for everything. Five minutes walk from BTS, Next to Emporium and Equartier mall and lot of street food around. I stayed in the Deluxe King room which has a kitchen and it is about 65 sq m. A nice view on 32nd floor. The gym is fully equipped just like the YMCA from my city. The pool area is beautiful and with lot of chairs. I like the free form pool and the resort feel. It is hard to find a hotel with such pool as most of the new hotels in Bangkok has the so called “ Infinity Pool” which becomes so popular during the last few years. My package didn’t include breakfast but they have a restaurant also provide dim sum. The services are great and all staff are very friendly and helpful. For sure I will stay there again next time in Bangkok. Gary
I had family coming to visit in Bangkok over the holidays and I booked them rooms at Emporium Suites. I had stayed at this terrific hotel for an extended stay in 2014 and it was the best hotel experience I've had since moving to Bangkok full time last year. It is really one of the crown jewels of Bangkok when it comes to accommodations. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is terrific and friendly and the amenities are great. Direct access to the mall and the BTS make it very convenient and with young children staying I was happy they did not have to deal with the sometimes treacherous Bangkok sidewalks too much. My family has a wonderful stay and I'm sure they would choose the Emporium Suites again if when they return to Bangkok!
I love the hotel and it is one of the nicest one in Bangkok. But the room key issue bugged me. Room key error happened to me at least 3 times during every stay and always have to go to lobby to renew the key. Seems like it cant be put together with other credit card or phone or seems anything. The only safe place will be on your forehead where it doesn’t interact with anything. Imagine coming back to your room with a lot of shopping bags at 11pm and you can’t get into the room. Management, change the card system or do anything to improve it. The issue has been like this for at least 3 years to my knowledge and they don’t seem to do anything to improve it. For the quality of your hotel, there shouldn’t be any issue like that. You can go to lesser hotel and their room key will work fine with no issue no matter where you put the room key.
The only benefit to staying at this hotel is that it is right next to Emporium mall. It’s very average and I would not stay there again. From the beginning the hotel made a mistake as I requested 2 twin single beds and they gave me a double bed. And so I had to wait for them to change my room again. The whole check in process was long. The service wasn’t that great. Nothing to remember. I ordered room service for my friends and I and the food was so unappetising. Even when I ordered room service just for myself one time it was still the same. The meal was bad. Beds are okay. Rooms are old. Bathrooms are small and not so clean. There are so many good hotels in Bangkok. I would not go back and stay at this one.
We had a wonderful pre-honeymoon stay as the hotel had thoughtfully upgraded our room with nice welcoming fruit and flowers. We made use of the flower petals enjoy a little spa at the bathroom. Thanks a lot for the hotel treat and services. Other than the personal treat from the hotel, one thing deserve a compliment is the location. Just going downstairs, you can enjoy some very nice teahouse and restaurants like Anotherhound(a branch of Greyhound) and the Paul. And there's a very comprehensive supermarket and foodhall just going downstairs again. You don't have to worried about the transportation as the hotel is just on top of Emquartier shopping mall, which is right next to the Phrom phong station. We would definitely return to this hotel next time.
this place is great. perfect location, great views of the city. right on top of BTS skytrain and very nice mall. parking included. but our favorite part is the best pool in downtown Bangkok. i believe it's technically a service apartment, not a hotel -- so they don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own. great stay.
The location is great. Easy access to bts and emporium mall. Check in was quick but the male staff was not really friendly. Nice spacious room . Gets cleaned well. Bathroom small but has everything Great gym, pool and spa. Lifts are slow Beautiful view from 31 floor. Cleaning staff are lovely and super friendly. It’s great since people staying here are big snobs. I’ll stay here again. No complaints.
Great place for family and business visit. Very clean and great service. Breakfast spread can be better but overall it is a very good place. Pools are clean, facilities are very good and it is centrally located. If you like shopping this is the best place to stay.
The hotel is really great , awesome location on in a luxury mall nice shops and dining places on the BTS so you don’t need taxis and wast time, the hotel is amazing in everything except for the following: 1-concierge they are there to force on you expensive packages and make it hard on you to do what you need as they don’t give you a good advise and ends up judging you for example we didn’t visit the floating market cause they wanted us to pay 5000THB for the ride though it will cost you 1000THB with Taxi when we refused they said it’s 3 hrs drive just to frustrate us though we came to know it’s only 1hr and so on they are useless 2- restaurants it’s a chaos people take your table cause the waiters seat them on it beside the chef on omelet station doesn’t listen and don’t even know how to customize an omelet
A family member and I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights in September 2017. The room was not spacious and the bathroom was very disappointingly small. Breakfast choice was not impressive. But, and it is a big but, the best thing about the hotel is of course its location---proximity to the shopping malls nearby and more importantly to sky-train service. The staff on the whole were polite and friendly. So all in all, if you’re looking for a hotel with immediate access to the sky-train but one that is not as dear as Siam Kempinski, Emporium might well be worthy of consideration.
