The room is nicely appointed. The views from the pool deck are great. Amazing to relax in the initially a bit chilly infinity pool looking out at the city. The breakfast buffet is fantastic — not to be missed. Easy connection to the BTS and a 15 minute walk to the river and ferry to IconSiam.

The room was clean and the breakfast is good with a lot of options. The hot water in the room constantly fluctuated and the shower drainage was extremely poor. The poolside area was not managed as guests were smoking all over. The service with staff were a hit or a miss. Some were friendly and some were extremely cold. The location was convenient as it was on a BTS station.

This hotel met all our needs. Right on the BTS made it a breeze and one stop to get to the tourist boat if going around that way. Breakfast was very good with large selection. Room clean, beds comfortable and bath towels large. Robes and hairdryer are provided. Staff was kind and courteous. I would recommend staying in a higher room. Street noise is always an issue in Bangkok so it is unavoidable but being higher up does help.

The rooms were clean, the staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. All staff could understand English. The included breakfast was outstanding and really helpful for our large group to meet every morning. The location is fantastic with a bridge to the train station and many shops & massage options within walking distance. The pool has a great view and nice seating for cocktails or lunch ( maybe heat the water a little bit more!) overall a nice place for a family
