Exceptional staff, perfect location with an adjoining BTS station to the hotel, couldn't build a better experience.

Awesome hotel in an excellent location! Close to the sky train which give easy access to local attractions.

great people, clean, breakfast is fantastic - definitely make sure you include it in your reservation.

Stayed here twice. The first time was so awesome we booked the hotel for our return to Bangkok, right before a 20+ hour trip back to the states. I will say, we stayed at Eastin hotels for 4 nights until that point and had great experiences. Even though the prices had gone up, we were so jazzed on our first experiences we decided to book again. Our second time in the hotel was a nightmare. Customer service was terrible (I'll elaborate below). This hotel is in a bleh location with terrible traffic. The saving grace is that it is right on the BTS line. You can get similar quality hotels in better locations for half the price. The only differentiator is customer service, which is apparently either great or complete garbage. The elevator situation is also ridiculous. Try getting downstairs during rush hour and you'll be left hanging around for 10 minutes. The second night at the hotel is the WORST experience I've ever had at any hotel in the past 3 years. On our second stay the street happened to be closed down due to bike for dad. This is not the hotels fault, and I will not blame them. They set up a convenient meeting point out of the way of the closure. However, we received NO warning of the street being closed and hit endless blocks trying to reach the hotel with the cabby. Finally the cab called the desk and they directed us to the meeting location. They knew the street would be closed down and thought to set up a curbside check in, but sent no email about it? This cost us over an hour extra in the taxi, a lot of time AND money was lost. Happy to finally be in the hotel we checked in. We were told that bfast buffet was almost 400 baht. What? Every hotel we have stayed in included breakfast, it is a common inclusion at almost all Thai hotels, I fact you'd be hard pressed to find one that doesn't. We've stayed with Eastin 4 nights already, breakfast included. We are leaving for the airport at 7 in the morning and just want to grab pastries to hold us over, surely they'd understand. Nope, manager Bobby came over and looked through my confirmation before replying he would not honor it for us then walked away with nothing else to say. Nice, Bobby. Get shown to our room and it is 30 degrees Celsius inside. It must have been on top of a hot kitchen or something. Even with the ac blasting all night it never cooled below 27 degrees. We understand hotels leave the ac off in Thailand when guests are out, but to check your guests into an oven of a hotel room is bad customer service. The icing on the cake was the master light switch was broken, which controlled the overhead light. We didn't realize this until we returned in the early morning from enjoying the city. The only way to turn the overhead light off was by removing the key from the electricity hold, which would turn off the ac. There are other great hotels in tourist areas like sukhimvit that are much lower in cost. We debated staying at the park plaza, which would have cost much less and provided the same amenities. We only decided to take the higher priced Eastin due to our first good experience, however this is not a given and I warn anyone to stay away.

The hotel was conveniently located at a train station. Large building with restaurant choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the cost. We did not appreciate the 10 service charge (tip) that they automatically added to our restaurant bills.

The stay was overall good. Not quite what i expected from such a highly rated hotel but overall good stay. I do wish the hotel had a go-phone for us to use (as others in HK and Singapore did) but that is okay the maps did well enough. Perfect location right next to the tram and a 15 min walk to the river.

What an amazing hotel. Simply fabulous. Truly an honor staying here. Would recommend.

Not a 5star but quite nice. Little far from tourist destinations.

Very nice stay. The hotel has an entrance connected with BTS station. Very convenient. Staff is friendly. Well worh the money. The only issue I had is that normally you have to wait a minute or so for the elevator. It seems the four elevators are not enough.

This is by far truly the greatest bang for your buck in Bangkok. It's truly a 5 star hotel for a 3 star price. For us, an average night cost 80$ usd and we lived in luxury. The infinity pool was just outstanding. Location wasn't great for food but it is literally right next to the train so no real complaints there! Book this hotel, you won't be sorry!

Great hotel. No complaints included breakfast was great and views are awesome. Connected to bts couldn't be better. About 100 baht cab ride to any of the historical stuff to old city. Not bad

It was just okay to stay. I would recommend for biz tips

Great staff, great experience... No complaints. Upgrade to the executive suites.. A much better deal and better bang for your buck. The breakfast, snacks and drinks are totally worth it.

Stayed at the Eastin Grand for three nights. It is in the heart of the business district so not many bars, restaurants etc are around but the skytrain access makes up for it. The bathrooms are decent size and the internet speed is good.

We decided to treat ourselves with the luxury room with extra privileges and it was worth every penny! We basically got breakfast and dinner with drinks included. Great value for this much luxury. Only complaint was there were tons of kids at the pool (which if I had kids I would be happy- but we don't!)

The sky train connects directly to the hotel, making it very convenient to get around town. The staff is extremely friendly. Great sky pool, nice gym.

Doorstep to bts skytrain, very easy to travel around city center. Beautiful italian food at Luce restaurant. The chef Eduardo is fantastic italian cook. Highly recommended.

After started using bts skytrain is very convinient to travel within city area. The italian restaurant food is very tasty and one of the best in bangkok. You can ask the chef directly, eduardo and he will recommend you authentic beautiful fantastic italian food

Eastin Grand Hotel attached to the Skytrain which makes getting around Bangkok much easier. The hotel looks brand new and the staff is very friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning.

Very nice hotel with direct access to the skytrain, so you may go to the most important places in Bangkok, in a few minutes. Excellent breakfast, the restaurant a little bit crowded.
