We stayed a total of three months at the Centre Point Serviced Apartments. In 1 and 2-bedrooms apartments. The apartments are comfortable, well equipped, the location is fantastic right in the middle of Thonglor, and the staff was always eager to help. I would highly recommend it. A few things could be improved to make it an Excellent option as opposed to Very Good. The kids room good be refurbished a bit, the toy houses are a bit old and there's not much to play with. The cleaning ladies were all lovely and friendly. But they are clearly overworked as more often than not, our apartment wasn't cleaned until 4 or even 5pm, which is really late for any hotel. And I think it comes down to them simply having too much to do. Also, we've ordered room service only once as it really wasn't very good. Disappointing. One major issue though: the tuk-tuk driver was the most unpleasant person I've ever met. To the point that by the end of our stay, we stopped using the tuk-tuk so that we didn't have to deal with him. He was rude, never said hello when we greeted him, always seemed annoyed at us for asking to be tekn somewhere (that's your job!!!) and preferred to spend his time looking at his phone. He several times refused to drop us where we wanted, it was quite simply incredible. The irony of his T-Shirt that said "Always a good time!" wasn't lost on us. Unacceptable. His replacement, who we only saw a few days, was a delight in comparison.

This is a terrific apartment hotel. The rooms are spacious and lovely with beautiful dark furniture. Huge bathrooms with shower and tub and washlet toilets. We have stayed in studio, one and 2 bedroom rooms. We love the rooms have clothes washers for our longer stays. Staff are courteous and eager to help. The tuk yuk service will take you several grocery stores, the Thonglo BTS station and hospitals in the area. Many restaurants nearby. This hotel is great value with high standards.

As I was going through hotel apartments on Booking.com, I came across Centre Point serviced Residence in Thonglor soi 55. I liked the place as it was near the Bts station Thonglo and they had a shuttle service for going to the station as well. I booked a one bedroom apartment for myself and 2 bedroom apartment for my family. As i reached the hotel, I was greeted with smiles amd the check in was smooth and quick and the lady at the reception upgraded us to an amazing room with a view of Bangkok skyline and the Hotel pool. When i inspected the rooms, I was so satisfied with the space provided for the kitchen, dinning, lounge area. The bedroom was spacious with huge bathrooms and big balcony with a great view. The two bedroom apartment was bery spacious and my family loved it. My parents were staying a bit longer and I booked them again at the same property i.e. Centre Point serviced Residence. The service at the property is very good and fast. Everything is nearby, you have 24/7 supermarket next door called," Foodland" along with a 24/7 restaurant called, "Tuk lai dee". There are some very nice bars around this area. Whenever I m back in Bangkok, I will be staying at Centre point Serviced Residences.

Hotel location is good. Rooms are modern and new with everything u need. Stayed for business trip and overall worth the price. Hotel was like 5 star hotel standard but Thai style. Would stay again when visiting.

I visit Thailand frequently for work. I was staying in Thong for centre point for about a little over a month and decided to stay 20 days longer and received an invoiced of 47,039 baht. Next day early morning, I had important meeting to attend to and was sleeping but someone ranged the bell multiple times. I got woken up and dressed to open the door and there was random lady and the hotel staff waiting at the door outside. As soon as the lady saw me, she said, I’m sorry and then went on to other room. Hotel staff didn’t say anything and just followed her. It seemed like she was looking for a guest who was staying at the hotel and not sure about the room number. The hotel’s way of handling this situation is weird. If the customer’s guest is here, aren’t you supposed to check the name of the guest and call the room to check if the guest staying at the room is right? I expected at least an apology but no one apologized for this happening. I considered not extending my stay but I had too much luggage and just ended up staying (I now realized this is the biggest mistake I have made). I went to front desk to make a payment and they said I have to pay 47,912 baht. .The invoice I have received is 47,309 baht and I have shown the email I received through my phone and all they said is I have to pay more. So I told them I will print out the invoice I received and come back. 2 days later, I printed the invoice. Now the staff tell me I have to pay 50620 BAHT!?! because of the VAT…. Even if I brought the printed invoice, they do not listen and just keeps talking. Eventually, after multiple phone calls, I ended up paying as written on the original invoice. After that, I attempted a phone call to the senior sales manager regarding confusion in the payment and people disrupting my sleep in the middle of the night but did not pick up the phone so I sent an email. When he replied, he said the overdue electricity fee is causing the increase in price and told me about the electricity fee. The electricity fee is 1144.22 baht. He did not give me any answer about someone coming to my room in the middle of the night. Furthermore, when I checked, even if I combine the electric fee with the original invoice amount it is not correct with the amount they said I have to pay. Invoice is 47309 baht + electric fee 1144 baht = 48453 baht Original amount they told me to pay 47912 baht Amongst the invoice amount, price told by 2 front desk staff and amount told by senior sales person, All the prices of 4 people are different and I do not know who’s words to trust. When contacted senior sales manager’s other number, it went through. We made following comment. The amount written on my invoice is different. -> Answer: electricity fee is not included. Invoice does not include electric fee ->Answer: electric fee bill is separate. Never received the bill. ->Answer: That is not my fault. If the invoice and electric bill is separate, shouldn’t we pay them separately? —> Answer: no comment What do you think about coming late in the middle of the night? —> Answer: will check. Even before checking, if your customer experienced discomfort and inconvenience, are you supposed to apologize fist and then check afterwards? Their response is oh.. you are making a complaint now? I will check. All they need to say is just sorry for the inconvenience caused by their fault. Their attitude about they have no fault until the end really leaves me with no words and I do not feel like making a complaint to them anymore. At 8pm at night they day before check out, they called me again to ask when I am going to paid the electric fee and told me I could not do late check out because their staff is not available. These are the kind of service you may expect of from this place of the customer who said nearly two months.

We stayed here 3 occasions April 2017 .each time in a different 2 bedroom apartment .each time check in-check out went very smoothly. the staff were very welcoming & helpful .the apartment each time was clean spacious practical.the pool was good during April weather. The Tuk tuk service very helpful due to location.We found the location to be great. lots of good restaurants very close . also shopping right at your doorstep without being right in the centre of tourist belt. just use local transport very easy. based on our experience a family of 3 we all recommend this as a great place to stay

My family went to this hotel for the third times to celebrate Thai new year day on April, 14, 2017. On the previous time, remember that the room was so nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view from our suite room window was a panoramic view. There were brand new kitchenette and washing machine in our room. The hotel staff was professional especially the front staff very friendly with the smiling face . I also went to the onsen on the fifth floor, so relax, there. The swimming pool was a little small but if not very crowded is just fine. The hotel has free shuttle service every 30 min from BTS station, too. That evening, we enjoy the buffet dinner atmosphere a lot, although the food was not that delicious. The stir fry vegetable not serve when it immediately cook so when we've got it, it was not warm enough so the taste was too salty.

The location of the hotel is pretty impressive, we could walk around to the places we wanted to go in Sukhumvit as the traffic is really bad in this overall area and we had a comfortable stay at the hotel.

Lovely rooms, great space, good amenities. Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool and a decent gym! The restaurant isn't great especially as there are so many good places to eat in Bangkok but it doesn't matter. All the staff a helpful and friendly and the location is fantastic for long or short stays.

We stayed for 28 days during our holiday in Bangkok. We have been to Bangkok many times over the last 20 years. This hotel has, by far, the best location. There are so many restaurants near this location, you practically can find any kind of cuisine especially Japanese. The hotel provided free shuttle service to BTS, hospital, supermarkets and J avenue where you can find grocery store, restaurants, shops, pharmacy and many more. Front desk service, bell service, housekeeping and breakfast were to our satisfaction. Rooms are big (we stayed in one bedroom and two bedrooms during this stay). We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Bangkok. For information , there is a new Grande Centrepoint hotel right next to this hotel. We tried their Thai dinner buffet and were surprised at the price of the dinner for three people- only THB790, which is less than USD25.
