Although dated, a very comfortable and clean service apartment away from the night-life. Easy access to groceries, Japanese restaurants and other conveniences. Skytrain quite a trek (15 minutes) which can seem long in summer, but hotel has complimentary service car. Pleasant staff.

I was impressed by the size of the room, about 70sqm. As well, always pleasant, they get a large balcony. Now, for many rooms, you are just overlooking at the other property next door. Not very exiting...

Brilliant place to stay, very clean, delicious breakfast and specially very friendly staff made our stay very happy. There are a few very nice restaurants, pubs and street food stalls just a walking distance away from the hotel plus easily accessible to the sky train service.

Pleasantly surprised to arrive at a hotel and it actually looks like the pics and then when you walk in it feels nice as well. We were there for 7 nights and had a pleasant room with a view above the pool on the 10th floor all was perfect until 10pm, yes PM, when the builders started up opposite and proceeded until 4am!! After three nights the hotel upgraded us to a very pleasant suite for the remaining nights and we had a great stay. Position is perfect and the free shuttle service to the BTS at Thong Lo was a life saver and runs every 30 mins or so. Loads of eateries nearby more upmarket bars etc and no sleaze. Couldn’t be better and recommended highly. Just be aware of the noise on the pool side until they have completed !

We stayed here for 9 nights on a recent trip to Bangkok to celebrate a 40th birthday. There were 4 of us in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 8th floor. The apartment was HUGE and it was spotless. We had a view of the building next door! I think the pool view would be nice so perhaps pay the extra if that's what you are after. The internet was great. We bought DVDs and they came up and hooked up a DVD player in the room for us to watch them and no cost. The staff are outstanding. Very helpful with everything. The transfer to the BTS is a relief and you can call and get picked up as well ! Only downside is it stops at 1700. It's about a 15 minute walk if you have to walk it ! We had breakfast included which was really nice and had a huge variety. The pool was great and never crowded although it does not provide much shade if you are looking for that ! There is a supermarket next door which stocks a lot of Australian products. VEGEMITE yay !!! Lot's of restaurants in the area. We felt very safe walking around this area at night. I've given this hotel 5 stars although there was one thing that was an issue and that was the outside noise!! (not the hotels fault). Lots of banging and traffic noise all night long. If you are a light sleeper this might be an issue for you. Overall we had a great stay and if I were to return to this area I would stay again.

This might appear harsh but hear me out... Been here before a few years back Things that’s still good:- Reasonably priced Good pool Really spacious rooms with balcony Generally clean rooms Things that’s still bad:- Sound proofing? What sound proofing... if you’re a light sleeper bring some ear plugs We stayed on the pool side once, that’s gives you a reasonable open view over the pool but the air cond plant in the building opposite comes on in the morning and it sounds like thunder. This time we have a room on the other side... view of the wall of the new hotel next door, marginally quieter but don’t expect total silence... traffic noise cuts through Things I noticed getting worse:- -Gym equipment is just running down, -gym toilet leaks - our room on the seventh floor which was a non-smoking floor reeks of old cigarette smell - grumpy staff, the lady who checked us in and check us out was wearing a “Trainee” badge was left on her own, took my credit card for a “holding deposit” and said it won’t go through... only to tell me on check out that I will hopefully get my deposit back in two weeks time!!! -Those door cards... they operate the lift, but failed so often we ended up going up and down the lift until we get it to work This place is like an old Ferrari, once a nice car but it has been neglected and comparing to the latest model you might be disappointed.

As soon as I walked into the room there was an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. The bed had the same smell that made it difficult to sleep. It’s too bad because the suite was spacious and the hotel is in a good location.

we stayed for 5 days 4 nights when we went to Bangkok for a foo fighters concert. very pleased with the hotel - excellent service from the staff - surrounded by plenty of bars/eateries n 7-11/family mart within walking distance. - room is spacious, clean, has cooking amenities and came with a big fridge n freezer - bed n pillows were comfortable (i had no issue sleeping) n airconditioning was working well cons: - a bit of a walk to the nearest train station (thong lo) about 10m walk. - the main road can b quite congested with traffic so may need to allocate extra time for waiting for cab/uber/grab

We stayed a total of three months at the Centre Point Serviced Apartments. In 1 and 2-bedrooms apartments. The apartments are comfortable, well equipped, the location is fantastic right in the middle of Thonglor, and the staff was always eager to help. I would highly recommend it. A few things could be improved to make it an Excellent option as opposed to Very Good. The kids room good be refurbished a bit, the toy houses are a bit old and there's not much to play with. The cleaning ladies were all lovely and friendly. But they are clearly overworked as more often than not, our apartment wasn't cleaned until 4 or even 5pm, which is really late for any hotel. And I think it comes down to them simply having too much to do. Also, we've ordered room service only once as it really wasn't very good. Disappointing. One major issue though: the tuk-tuk driver was the most unpleasant person I've ever met. To the point that by the end of our stay, we stopped using the tuk-tuk so that we didn't have to deal with him. He was rude, never said hello when we greeted him, always seemed annoyed at us for asking to be tekn somewhere (that's your job!!!) and preferred to spend his time looking at his phone. He several times refused to drop us where we wanted, it was quite simply incredible. The irony of his T-Shirt that said "Always a good time!" wasn't lost on us. Unacceptable. His replacement, who we only saw a few days, was a delight in comparison.

This is a terrific apartment hotel. The rooms are spacious and lovely with beautiful dark furniture. Huge bathrooms with shower and tub and washlet toilets. We have stayed in studio, one and 2 bedroom rooms. We love the rooms have clothes washers for our longer stays. Staff are courteous and eager to help. The tuk yuk service will take you several grocery stores, the Thonglo BTS station and hospitals in the area. Many restaurants nearby. This hotel is great value with high standards.
