Good over night stay, convenient location near the airport and friendly staff. We had an overnight pit stop before our flight, after calling the hotel at the information desk in the airport they sent a shuttle bus for 400 baht to and from the airport which was convenient. Facilities were clean and simple. Oh and a cute lobby cat
We needed to rest before our flight home but we wanted our last day/night in Asia after a month to be memorable, not spent in a generic airport hotel. This was the perfect choice. Very charming with lots of places to hang out and rest without being stuck in a boring hotel room. It rained most of the day so we couldn't enjoy the pretty pools with hammocks but we found a covered porch overlooking the lovely view of the river and the village across it. A Thai lady made my day when she came out on her porch and waved at me, so excited you'd think I was her long lost sister. When it stopped raining we walked down the highway (yuk) to the mall (don't bother) and across the river to a wat and village. It was pretty deserted because of the weather but would have been nice with more activity. We ate in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. Room was comfortable. Overall, much nicer than I expected. Highly recommended!
Good location nearby Suvarnabhumi airport. Transport to the airport every hour ( cost 200bath ). Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool area is nice. Lot of sun beds and there’s also small bar next to pool. Big rooms with noisy AC. Bed and pillow was too hard even for me. Airbusstation is quite near so it is easy to travel Bangkok center. Good value for money and excelent pit stop place!
Myself and my partner had been travelling around Thailand and decided to stay here before we flew home. We arrived via taxi and was easy to find, only 5-10 minutes drive from the airport. Check in staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough to help - took our bags, checked us in, showed us to our room etc.. We didn't make breakfast, although it was booked. We ate in the restaurant late afternoon/evening and the food was lovely, however not much choice. The two pools were clean and relaxing. Transfer back to the airport was easy, we booked this in the morning. Would stay here again, not as a holiday however perfect for stop over.
Arrived via local taxi from Airport (150baht) Nice friendly welcome and shown to room. Room okay, but dated with confused decor. Bathroom a let down due to poor drainage of shower leading to standing water and mould all around the shower enclosure. Tea and coffee provided and stocked mini fridge with reasonable prices. Air con not freezing but adequate as we had acclimatised over a months stay. Breakfast was a total let down. Only one set of salt and pepper between 12 tables. Waitress of such on her phone. Eggs kept running out, lack of cutlery. Random carbonara and some prawn dish with the usual chicken sausage and cheap ham. Thankfully there was good old toast and jam to fill up on. Okay selection of salad and fruit (pineapple & water melon). The paseo mall is just down the road, 5 to 10 mins on foot where there is a KFC and McDonalds if you’re craving a bit of western food. Also pizza place too. Shuttle service every hour to airport for onward travel is free. Nice views on the river very pretty but watch out for Mosquitos they are prevalent, lovely views and dirty old plastic chairs. Would not stay again, would book some where without a pool and that had better breakfast or no breakfast to avoid the disappointment.
Stayed in this hotel for one night between two flights - took deluxe room with breakfast and transfer. Hotel located nearby airport, just around 10 minute drive. Nice territory and view on the river. Pool was bubbly and didn't look clean, so we didn't use it and of course didn't let our child swim. Room was OK, but quite old and no hand soap (shower gel was in the shower though). Also instead of a deluxe we got superior with pool view - we realised this later and didn't want to argue for 15 euros difference in the room rate. So make sure you get the room you paid for. Transfer is a scheduled shuttle, which leaves every hour, which is okay if you are at reception on time. We have small child and were late by no more than 1 minute (my watch showed that we were there on time at 11 sharp), and shuttle left without us. We took taxi instead and it was really cheap - 80 baht (cheaper than transfer). So I do not recommend to buy shuttle service from hotel. Also TERRIBLE BREAKFAST, do not take it here. Literally speaking nothing to eat - empty plates. We were lucky to get one (!!!last) sausage, one (!!!also last) slice of ham, and cold chicken soup. Close to hotel is shop (tesco or 7eleven) and restaurants. If you are not deadly tired I recommend to grab something for breakfast there. We decided not to return here and cancelled our booking between return flights.
If you just need a cheap bed during a layover, this will do. Set a block back from the busy road, it is pretty quiet, but expect spartan furnishings. Clean but really basic. There are 2 pools suitable for laps, and there are fridges in the room with 2 free water bottles. Not much sound insulation otherwise, but room cools nicely. Shower has a personal on-demand water heater; first I have seen in a hotel, but it works. About 15-minute drive to BKK by taxi for 200 bhat. They do have a shuttle, too.
I’ve no idea who labeled this hotel with 3-4 stars, it does not deserve even 1 star. The sink was clogged, the hot water only last for 3 min, and the towels should become rugs long ago. If this not enough, fruit bugs were all over the morning fruits, which also start to smell rotten, limited food selection, which doesn’t even smell good. So I only got glass of juice and coffee. I’ve read many of the reader reviews before booking this hotel, but based on my experience, only hotel insiders would give this hotel overall 10. Also, there in no way that this hotel was built in early 2000, as was listed in Agoda. I should ask for my money back. It was a disgusting experience,!!! I’m never going to stay there again. I should have taken pictures of my too and the dining area...
it was such a nice hotel. the bellboy was really helpful. the place was just 10 minutes from airport. the rooms were clean, such a peaceful place specially at night. you can't hear any car noise. not enough choices at breakfast but still good. the recieptionist is accomodating and even called a taxi for us. lots of mosquitos at the hallway and lobby. but overall, good experienced. will definitely comeback.
We booked as it was close to the airport and expected it to be noisy. Surprisingly it is very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was lovely. You can choose from so much. We loved the Thai style breakfast. Photo is of our table beside the river. Early morning breakfast was very peaceful.
