Little gem near Phaya Thai MRT

Nice hotel with good transport links. Friendly reception, room nice but in Annex with no lift - we were on 5th floor! Pool nice facility but does not see any sun. Breakfast excellent.

Lovely hotel situated up a quiet side alley close to Phaya Thai station. Very convenient for the airport rail link. Large comfortable rooms, great buffet breakfast and very attentive, professional staff. This was our third visit here with the fourth already booked. Highly recommended.

Good value, near BTS station which is good for getting to the airport and also to the city. Room was nice and clean. A bit loud at night though, as the room was directly over the reception. Breakfast was ok, room for improvement.

As othes note ,best location for transport interface Basic ( it is a small hotel ) but perfectly adequate breakfast ( included ) Arguably the coldest pool in Bangkok , so refreshing after hitting the attractions all day. Actually cools you off So MUCH better than the tepid bath water found at most SEA hotels that gives no relief

Overall I enjoyed the experience. If I'm in Bangkok again, I wouldn't mind staying here again. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was a little difficult to find the hotel, but other then that, a nice place to stay for a few days.

The staff was very professional, consistently demonstrating a high level of service throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, Nis which assisted us was friendly and eager to assist with any inquiries or needs. Responsiveness: The staff responded quickly to any requests.We had issues with the water pressure for the shower and Chop attended to us immediately. When i requested for a later check out, he tried his best to help. I had to use grab delivery to send my lugagge for repair and Patty assisted me without fail. When it was due to be sent back in evening, Chop who was on morning shift handed this info to Patty on the afternoon shift. They helped to store my luggage and when i enquired via email, Patty responded very promptly and assured me my luggage was back. She is very helpful and bubbly, indeed a jem to the hotel. Room Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean upon arrival. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and all surfaces were thoroughly dusted. Breakfast: Always new selection of food and the hef is very accommodating. Boke, always welcome you with warmth and ensure the coffee is hot and topped up. Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom was clean for a 6 yr old hotel with clean tiles, a well-scrubbed shower, and neatly arranged toiletries. Housekeeping Service: The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room during my stay, promptly refreshing the towels, making the bed, and ensuring everything was in order.
